We stayed in the hotel to relax for a night after a few days hiking. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The little balcony was nice to relax on. We also loved the shower and coffee facilities. Breakfast was great and the hotel and surroundings are very pleasant. The spa area was perfect for us. The sauna was wonderful and the space to relax was great for what we needed. The pools were also not too crowded.

It would be great to have more water dispensers when in the sauna area. The food at the restaurant was also a little overpriced for the quality.

The lady working at the gym at the spa is downright rude. She can also not speak a word of English. And though I appreciate that Austria is a German speaking country, one expects people working in and around an internationally renowned spa to have at least a basic command of the English language (my mother tongue is also not English so this is not a view based on my personal preference).

Reception was super pleasent, check-in was easy and fast and the employees were nice. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was great, it had separate doors for toilet and shower which is nice and also had good amenities and blowdrier. The breakfast had a nice selection between, cheese and meats and pastries. The hotel is located close to the University which was great for us. I didn't use the gym but I used the spa. The complex is large and nicely designed, there are multiple heated pools and saunas, it's worth reminding that the saunas don't accept clothes/swimsuits therefore if you are not too keen on seing naked people maybe skip the spa. I was going to stay only 1 night but ended up change it for two nights, process was smooth and without any problems. Payment was done during check-out.

It would be nice to have at least one sauna that accepts clothing, not sure if there was any but I couldn't see it. Apart from that nothing much.

The room and spa were excellent. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant's menu islimited but the food really well prepared and staff very friendly.

The hotel's gym is not good enough for a hotel of this caliber and the gym at the spa is not open 24/7. The air conditioner in the room can not cool the room down. This causes the room to be too hot at night. One can sleep with the door open, and the mosquitos LOVE that too ....

Room was an excellent size and the bathroom was functional. Bed was good size and very comfortable. Balcony had a beautiful view of the southern side of the town.

TV in room was not functioning. Despite a temperature control feature, the Air Con was only set to warm the room. Had to open the balcony door to keep the room temperate.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The room was large and beautifully designed, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful park ! There are several pools, we used the hot one with the jakizzi. It was great! The breakfast was delicious and served in a stylish restaurant. The staff was very polite and helpful.

the hotel was a great size, rooms very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. The art work around the hotel was great to see. The grounds are very well maintained. The bar food was amazing!

two of the pools were closed - one in the main spa said it would be open on the Monday but it still wasn’t open by Friday. The beds were made each day but the sheets were never changed all week. The grass is cut very early in the morning

The staff is friendly and helpful from the first moment. The rooms are tidy and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast was just about perfect. There's various options in the spa and everything is clean and easy to access. certainly will come again.

From start to finish the experience was flawless. We'd been travelling for a long time and arrived in a sweaty mess. The young man on Reception spoke fluent English and was super helpful and informative. We got up to the room and it was air conditioned bliss. Breakfast every morning was perfection, so much choice. The coffee was delicious, the full honeycomb was amazing, as was the salmon. We also ate dinner in the restaurant on the last night and it was amazing. All staff were very friendly and spoke English. Always a friendly hello and smile. The Asia Spa is incredible, excellent facilities. If you are from England, you may get a shock as Austrians do go naked.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. There are cheaper hotels in the area but this one is worth every penny.

The hotel was great, the moment I entered my suite I regretted I wasn't staying longer than 2 nights. My room was impeccable, spacious, well decorated and clean. Bathroom was huge, an experience on its own. The view was great, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, I couldn't think of anything that wasn't there. I especially enjoyed selection of fruit jams and delicious bread rolls. I was surprised that spa was included in the price of my room, I gave it a brief visit, and again felt sorry I couldn't stay longer. Food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Would gladly come again.
