Large, clean rooms with nice balcony and gorgeous view. Large variety of on-site facilities: indoor pool (for all) SPA (for 16+), tennis court, bike rents, maybe more, we didn't try everything :) Comfortable beds, nice breakfast. But the real jewel is the staff - they were very nice and helpful! Don't forget your local attraction discount card, you shall have it with the keys while checking in but in case you don't - go ask the front desk.

No fridge in the rooms, which was a less pleasant surprise. The bar doesn't serve any food so if you miss your dinner, there is a nice restaurant 5 min away but it is also closed at 9pm. Have some dry snacks with you for the night.

Nice room, big enough, well equipped, clean and well maintained on daily basis. Good breakfast choice, as well as dinner menu. Swimiing pool also pretty nice and quite big as compared to many hotels. All required things were in place. Staff always very supportive. Very nice stay.

Pillows in beds could be better.

The half board dining was very good. The restaurant staff offered excellent service and were very friendly. All spoke English well. Plenty of good food. If one was still hungry after 3 courses there was a large selection of cheese . Wine by the glass was good and a fair price around 5 euro.

The walk with skis from the bus stop which was necessary because they only offered shuttle to the lifts in the morning. You need to take skibus home which wasn't a problem, plenty of busses on the route. Just the walk back to the hotel.

Nice hotel with view on the mountains. Very friendy staff in the Hotel. The waiters in the restaurant were also very friendly. For example, there was a waiter who walked around the restaurant very gracefully, which was nice to see :) The pool was big and the sauna was nice and hot!

A longish walk from the centre

The customer service was outstanding. Always helpful and attentive. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, as were all the facilities. Maid service daily. Breakfast was excellent. Plentiful, varied and fresh. Evening meals were good but not excellent. Pool is lovely, but quite small with no extra massage jets. Can get busy with children. Sauna and steam room very good. For Brits reading this please be aware that continental saunas are used naked. Shuttle bus service to closest lift (Maierlbahn) in mornings. Need to catch a bus back in afternoon. Maybe 500m to walk from bus stop to hotel. All in all an excellent choice for a mid price range hotel.

No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. A kettle would be great. But we were aware of this in advance so brought our own travel kettle.

Great hotel with wonderful staff and lovely breakfasts and dinner. Nice pool and spa area and rooms are very large and well laid out.

Only negative is slight distance to ski lifts and need for either hotel shuttle or ski bus

Nice staff, room was large enough. Breakfast varied and coffee good. Hotel has a swimming pool which we didn't use but seemed nice.

Location in itself is great but for now is next to a building site and that ruins it.

The hotel was very well situated with many amenities and with walking distance from things to do in the town. The spacious rooms was an extra advantage. Would definitely recommend.
