The decor in the room, dinning area are very cool, the spa is amazing. I also enjoyed the free snac wwhen returning from the slopes and overall the food was great.

My room had some kind off new heating system, which could only be controlled centrally and it was really hot for the fist 2 nights, forcing me to sleep with an open window... the transfer system to the main ski stations, should be a bit more flexible, specially running until 5pm

The shuttle bus to the slopes is great. Dinner was delicious and also that after returning from the slopes at 16.00 we could enjoy small snacks. The spa was wonderful. We had a amazing time.

Room is spacious but bathroom is small and definitely needs an update. Fits a person with normal build. To shower you have to stand in a bathtub first. The space to shower is too small and dangerous that you can slip while getting out.

Good location, 5 minutes by car to the ski lift, the swimming pool was big enough for a good swimming workout, food was tasty and enough 😊, room was very clean and balcony is highly appreciated. The spa area was also big and offered great selection of saunas. The service in restaurant was exceptional and I would like to highlight especially 2 lovely persons: Iulian and Eszter who made our stay super enjoyable - much appreciated 🙏 The parking was for free and e-charge available in front of the hotel.

If to point something as negative, I could say the bathroom look and feel are outdated, we had to pay for tap water and around 4:30 PM no more fresh towels available in the spa area, especially in weekends were was more crowded than usual.

We were an Australian family looking for a white Xmas in Austria and were not disappointed. We were extremely happy with the overall package, good food ( we had half board), staff ( special mention to Anna who served us and Doris and Greta on Reception who were all great) The gym and Spa were very good.

The exhaust didn't seem to work in our bathroom/toilet

Service in the hotel as always at the top, fast check-in, polite staff, excellent waiters who understand you from half a word especially Daniel, excellent full breakfasts and great dinners, convenient service of delivery of skiers to the elevator and excellent spa complex! All at the highest level !!!

Value for money

This is a truly amazing hotel. From the staff, the food and the facilities. I could not fault this property if I tried. Though definitely the highlight of this property is the spa area. I have travelled the world and have never seen facilities such as these - 6 stars.

Perfect location close to lake and city center, very comfortable beds and pillows, free access to pool, fitness and relax area, food was excellent and staff was kind and helpful.

Kitzbuhl card was not included.

A wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable with spacious rooms with great beds & views from the balcony. Staff were fantastic in all aspects of the hotel. Meals were superb & varied!

Nothing - everything was fantastic!

SPA & the gym was 10/10 Food (breakfast & dinner) was delicious, huge variety of different foods, plant based products. The staff was helpful and friendly Ski Bus from the door to the ski lift going every 30 minutes

This hotel was exceptional - so clean and nicely furnished, and the staff are exemplary. They went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming to us, and we just loved our stay there. The pool and spa facilities were really smart too. We went half board and the food was consistently delicious.
