A very good hotel with incredible staff. The room is very comfortable with an amazing view, the food is delicious (half board highly recommended), and the sauna is great. It's quite close to Rüfiplatz where you can take a bus, or the Rüfibahn cable car for skiing to Zürs. The hotel also has a dedicated ski room for boots and skis. The staff was not only very friendly but also very helpful in skiing and navigating the region. Overall a perfect experience.

My stay at this alpine-style hotel was exceptional. Just a few steps away from the city center, its warm, family-owned atmosphere made me and my dog feel right at home. The cozy decor and incredible food added to the charm. Dinners were exceptional, variating from local to international cuisine. The staff's kindness extended to helping me explore the beautiful hiking trails, making the experience even more enjoyable. Michael and the staff were amazingly hospitable and attentive to our every need. This pet-friendly gem is a true find, and I'm already looking forward to returning.

Extremely friendly, attentive staff. Spotless rooms, comfy beds. Gourmet four-course dinner, excellent breakfast with tasty egg dishes. Excellent location just a couple of minutes walk from the bus station.

The whole experience from arrival to departure was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant for 3 evenings, the food was amazing, service was great, you get yummy cake in the bar everyday from 3pm. Room was comfortable. The owners were great, even helped us with our car, as our tyre had a slow puncture.

The hotel is central to the village and perfect to access this beautiful area. The welcome at the hotel was wonderful and the staff couldn’t have done more to make our stay any better. The food was excellent.

This is a truly exceptional hotel. This was our first time staying here but we met many guests who had been regular visitors for 20 or 30 years. This hotel has been family-run for 2 generations and Michael and Claudia were wonderful hosts. They made us feel so welcome and were so attentive to our every need. The hotel is beautiful and kept in pristine condition. The traditional, cosy bar area with open fire was lovely and in contrast to the very modern and excellent spa/wellness centre. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was also a highlight with 5 delicious courses and a fantastic cheese board with 20 or more cheeses! A perfect stay and we will be back!

The location is good, hotel was so nice, well decorated and comfotable. The staff was amazing, they were so kind, helpful and cheerfull. The room was clean and breakfast was good and the dinner was very delicious. if I visit Lech again this hotel will be my first choice again

It is a beautifully appointed guesthouse with a world class restaurant and exceptional service!

It was a little rigid & formal at times but that is preferred over the alternative.
