We had an incredible stay at Hotel Pfefferkorn. The service was absolutely top notch from beginning to end. The staff took care of every need and helped with many different requests. Everyone was so helpful and kind! The hotel is situated directly next to the major tram up to the top of the mountain so the convenience could not be beat. The ski shop inside the hotel offered valet service for skis and boots making each morning easy and convenient. The hotel itself is charming and well done. It retains the look and feel of an Austrian chalet while providing updated amenities. The room was clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast at the hotel was convenient and delicious. Plenty of options at the buffet and the pastries / breads were delicious. There was option of prepared eggs as well. Great coffee and tea options and kind service rounded out a great breakfast experience. The hotel is in the center of downtown Lech with easy access to local restaurants and lifts on the other side of the valley. Highly recommend Hotel Pfefferkorn to anyone traveling to Lech. The most outstanding part of this hotel is the team members working there. Incredible nice lady at the reception and Boris, who helped with our luggage and parked our car, really lid up our day! It#s a beautiful hotel and great location, but wouldn't be the same without the wonderful people working there. We would always come back and hope that we can one day!

The music in the sauna had loud advertising spots in between, I assume spotify wasn't paid. It wasn't a big deal but disturbing. Also more teas and some fruits in the sauna area would be amazing

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, significantly enhancing the overall ambiance of my stay. The breakfast included in the half-board option was consistently delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day right. The dinner was equally impressive, showcasing quality and diversity in every dish. Parking was remarkably straightforward, managed efficiently by the attentive staff, adding to the convenience of my stay. The rooms were spotless and perfectly equipped for a ski vacation, blending comfort with functionality seamlessly. The wellness/spa area was meticulously maintained, clean, and modern, providing a tranquil haven for post-ski relaxation. The entire hotel exuded quality, with its rustic "ski lodge" character adding a unique charm that I absolutely adored. Its proximity to nearly all ski lifts, within walking distance, was incredibly convenient, allowing for easy access to the slopes. The on-site après-ski bar and the excellent à la carte restaurant elevated the culinary experience, offering delicious options for every palate. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was second to none, further enriched by the presence of very pleasant guests, facilitating easy networking and socializing.

The minor inconvenience of a small elevator, which sometimes required a bit of patience. However, as a skier, tackling a few stairs was hardly a challenge. Personally, my only complaint was that time flew too quickly, a testament to the hotel's exceptional ability to create a memorable experience.

The hotel location really couldn't be any better. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and helpful- they made such a difference. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and really clean. The food and drink at the hotel was exceptional for both evening and breakfast. We had such an amazing holiday and will be re-booking next year.

Some of the bar staff in the Ski Lounge were not as friendly or helpful as the rest of the hotel team.

Great location, cosy atmosphere and fantastic staff

Beautiful hotel which is located right in the middle of everything. Hospitality of the staff is unmatched. You feel at home every time you enter the facilities. They go out of their way to help with any request. We loved the afternoon cakes, breakfast in the beautiful room and being in the midst of everything. Will return in a heartbeat.

The location was incredible, right next to both lifts. The ski’s were stored in a shop inside of the hotel and were taken care of. The room had an incredible view of the mountains and great overall atmosphere. Pfefferkorn was always extra with everything. Cleaning twice a day, organized parking, coffee and cakes after skiing, and more. Would definitely go again!

Good location for lifts and amenities. Breakfast very tasty. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful at all times especially the receptionist Lena who was lovely.

Our room 105 was very warm so we liked having the windows open at night, but it could be very noisy with people walking/shouting in the high street and early morning deliveries to the hotel/supermarket etc. We prefer the hot part of breakfast ie eggs/bacon coffee etc to be buffet style so we can help ourselves rather than to order, although it was very tasty.

Great family room. Fantastic breakfast. Perfect central location for easy access to ski lifts and super friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel's staff is wonderful. Service was excellent - delivered with Austrian warmth. The meals were excellent. The chef is inventive - we stayed over a week and not one meal was a repeat. The spa was great - sauna and steam baths. The location is fantastic - next door to the Rufikopfbahn and across the street from the Schlegelkopf lifts. We stored our skis/board in the ski shop downstairs. We had them wax and sharpen our gear - and did a great job of it.

We could have stayed longer!
