Breakfast buffet, evening bar/drinks. Nice, clean room, good balcony and clean bathroom. Kids oved the basketball/football/sports gym/hall. Climbing park was also a hit! We will return. Hope you can improve on negative comments.

We could hear baby crying from other room in corridor all night long. Perhaps the doors could have better sound insulation and also below the door. Also, families with babys should be placed in separate area, so they do not keep other families up/awake... More snacks/drinks at bar. Also, kids cocktails were ridiculously expensive. Almost EUR9 for a kid's cocktail "Swimming Pool" is same price as adult drink with alcohol - please review this. Sports hall was VERY HOT, like in a Sauna. Think the sauna behind the wall is cause of this. Needs cool air/ventilation as kids were all red, hot, sweaty from 5 minutes in gym. Please improve.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We love it because it’s kids friendly and right beside the kiddie slope. It is not luxury, but the food is fine and it’s a good area for kids that are learning to ski.

The food is fine, but not amazing. Also, we were super unlucky with the snow - we were skiing on slush, so we ended up leaving early.

Convenient location if you are a ski lover

Not a concern but for people who stay for longer than 3 days more variety / food options would have been nicer to avoid the feeling of getting repetitive choices.

The rooms are very clean and modern. Everybody liked the style, which is rustic, but in a modern way. The staff was very friendly and they even offered us a conference room, to play games at night and to not disturb the other guests.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom and the toilet don't have any air vents, so if 5 people shower directly after each other, the bathroom is quite moist and the air is really stuffy.

It's a family-friendly hotel with many facilities for children but also with a lot to offer to adults. The location is convenient and close to many attractions in the area. The rooms are well-sized and clean. The staff is friendly We loved it.

The organization of the buffet could be improved. 30 mins after the opening time of the buffet, the most sought-after dishes were gone. It happened both at breakfast and dinner. If guests don't want to miss the "highlights" it's better to be there right after 6pm for dinner and before 8.30 for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent - it is right next to the slopes, the ski rental and ski school. The Annaberg ski area is perfect for families with young children learning to ski. The hotel also has an indoor climbing room, a splash area for little kids and a gym (for ball games and running around). The size of the rooms was more than sufficient and ours had a balcony. The shower facilities were nice and in good shape. Our 5-year-old daughter loved running around and immediately made many friends. There are lots of kids - I would recommend it mostly for families. In summary, the hotel has a great price-performance ratio.

The buffet is okay but could be better. Staff were mostly friendly, but with the exception of a couple staff members, there is room for improvement. The hotel was generally clean but due to low number of staff, it took a while for messes to get cleaned up. Also took some time to order drinks since there were many people on the weekend and not enough staff.

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Annaberg Lifte.

No kettle provided, remember to bring one if you need to use.

Check In is smooth. All the staff are very friendly. Food is nice .

The room had a large balcony with a nice view to the hills. The breakfast was good with a good choice of foods. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and comfortable.
