Location is exceptional, both Erlaufsee and Mariazell is a walk away (<2km), breakfast and dinner buffet are versatile, fresh, well rounded and fairly priced. All but one employee were exceptionallly kind, helpfull, invested in the client. Interior rooms were great, as well as exterior. Gym has modern and well rounded machines offer. Not cheapest hotel, but not overpriced for the above mentioned. Will come back again. Especially if any aktions appear :-)

One employee not really interested in customers, but could had been also 2 bad days for the person. All other employees were incredible.

Was surprised by the installations, the indoor amenities (like tennis and football courts and a huge kids play area) and the spacious and comfortable room, with a balcony to the inner garden.

Apparently there was a free voucher for the ski lift, but the front desk staff didn’t tell us about it. As we were there for only one night, I couldn’t double check it after I’ve heard about it.

We really liked the tourist card we received from the hotel, it is a big plus. The accomodation is located in a calm and nice place, not very far from the lake.

The breakfast had less variety compared to other Jufa hotels.

Location was good and a very short distance to Mariazell. Room was clean and breakfast was fine. I was not travelling with young children but this would be a good place to do so with lots of activities and room for them to be active.

The walls were thin and we ended up beside a guest that had his tv up too loud until 3am. Pillows were too soft.

The hotel is clean, the room is big enough. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff is helpful. I can recommend the hotel.

It was a little far from the center, must use car to reach it (or 20-30 minutes by walk).

We spent two nights here in late October. I liked the location, it was quiet and perfect for relaxing after hiking. It was worth ordering the buffet dinner at the hotel in addition to the accommodation. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. We are going to come back for sure.

Not dislike, only slightly surprised that newly built hotel part it was easy to hear neighbours

sauna, great breakfast, kind staf, dog friendly, nice quiet place

i missed a little pool in the sauna area and also a fringe in the hotel room

Poor level of English.

The indoor playground for kids is very convenient. It has a football court if kids like to play. Breakfast was very tasty. Good pizza and Drinks at the social area in case you were late for dinner :) Spacious and modern social area and there’s a pop corn machine all day long :)

Would be great to have a pool and the restaurant open until at least 10pm
