Tidy and easily reachable, nice wooden interior design. Very comfortable bed.

My room was supposed to be "offering separate living and sleeping areas" and have a balcony. The former was a major stretch (see picture attached, the separation was the wooden pillar), the latter plain not true. Confronted with the latter the staff assumed "an error in the system" and advised me not to book via booking.com. During the check-in I was asked how my last name is to be pronounced. Once I pronounced it the person behind the counter stated "I am not even going to try". Indeed she did not. An Austrian way of joking I guess which made me feel unwelcome as it was not followed by anything else. The TV would not turn on (I am guessing dead batteries, did not notify the staff).

Excellent service and wellness with different saunas and outdoor heated pools. The restaurant had an authentic atmosphere with a great menu. It was convenient having the option of dining in the hotel.

Friendly staff, good restaurant that is offering tasty local food.

It was said that the sauna is open until 8:00 PM however ir was already closed when we went there 7:40 PM.

The location, views and breakfast were sublime.

There was no fridge in the room. I think this would be standard for a 4-star hotel.

Everything was amazing, the decoration and the atmosphere was super cozy, the staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized, including the spa. The breakfast was amazing. 10/10, we would stay here again.

The owner entered our room while we were inside probably to look around - that kind of behaviour is unacceptable for us and not a professional attitude.

Great family-owned hotel with super friendly staff, top facilities (especially for sauna lovers) and fantastic restaurant on site. A place to experience Austrian hospitality, culture, food & wine with 2 lovely ski resorts nearby. 100% recommend for a truly authentic experience :).

excellent place for quiet and pleasant staying. lovely and friendly personnel, cleanest rooms, delicious meals, very solid spa centre, nice parking lot. general impression of warm family mood. No disadvantages whatsoever. I do strongly recommend.
