Very clean & good location in the village Room was spacious & food good in the restaurant

The pillows were too soft & there were no amenities in the room such as body lotion or conditioner or a kettle to make an afternoon tea after being out all day. One evening we didn’t feel like valued guests as the hotel was hosting a large group of uniformed people in their conference area & the service in the restaurant was very slow & was difficult to attract anyone’s attention. Another evening there was no room for us in the restaurant at all & perhaps when you check in they should ask to take reservations if you want to eat in the hotel as lots of outside people use it …

The whole hotel was beautifully presented, the location could not be better and the town is beautiful, The staff were lovely and the room was phenomenal. Mood lighting in the bathroom was great and the spring water from the taps was novel and amazing. The food in the evening was great too

I have a personal preference for coffee making facilities in the room, even Nescafe would be great.

The owner of the hotel was welcoming and the property exceeded expectations. The room was beautiful and the dining in front of the hotel was exceptional. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and accommodating. Would love to go back again!

Nothing, it was perfect

Breakfast was great, it was not some grand european breakfast. But it had all you need to have variety and start your day with the right food and full stomach. The hotel staff was great, extremely attentive and asked us every day if everything is alright or if they can do anything for us. The lady at the breakfasts was also very nice. The hotel is a great place if you want to stay in local village with amazing view on the alps and nice wellness.

Three friends and I stayed at the hotel whilst we were Ice Driving locally. Lovely hotel, superb rooms, fantastic dining and wonderful staff. It was perfect and we are returning to Tamsweg next year again, and will definately be booking the Hotel Gambswirt!

Beautiful building with good parking. The room was a good size and the staff were superb. The breakfast selection was outstanding.

The beds were good but not as comfortable as other hotels we have stayed in.

This hotel was spectacular. I definitely come here again. Stuff, cleanliness, unbelievable bathroom and excellent wellness. And the room was ahhhh. After very difficult trip in the mountains I slept as a baby.

I would like to have a small refrigerator in the room. And the small cooling pool in the wellness, because of the sauna ritual. But these are really small things.

It was all around an amazing experience, the only issue was that wellness didn't have saunas and steam rooms working, even tough I tried to access during opening hours.

Very big and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, the bathrooms with the color lights are pretty. They have a ski room, which is convenient.

Everything. Huge spaces, beautifully designed rooms and common spaces, spa. Very good food, reasonable prices. All was wonderful. Close to a number of ski resorts. We’ ll be for sure back!
