breakfast was very good, good selection to choose from, excellent soft boiled eggs and fresh bread, staff was fantastic, it was great that dinner was not buffet style, we chose what we would like for dinner at breakfast time, there were 3 options, always including vegetarian option, you could also choose smaller serving, very good house wine, all staff spoke also English, beautiful interior everywhere

there was no staff at reception in the afternoon, if you needed something you had to go to the restaurant and there were times when there was only kitchen staff there. There was a large group who did not respect rules in the quiet zone and there was nobody to tell them to behave. There were not enough options to dry your clothes after snowy day of skiing

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were always there and willing to help. Food was very tasty. Also great selection of wines. In comparison to the other hotels in Austrian mountains even the food portions were quite big. Clean and comfy rooms. Swimming pool available. We loved it.

We only had one problem - naked people sitting in sauna without any sheet.. Disgusting.. I understand it is necessary to go to the sauna without swimming suit, but seriously.. Please, give them sheets.

We had half board. The food was excellent. the breakfast is rich. The hotel has a SPA and an outdoor heated pool. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. There is also a heated ski depot outside the building.

There was not one bad thing about this accommodation. The staff was exceptionally thoughtful and friendly. The food was delicious with various options to choose from. Hotel facilities were excellent - especially the wellness centre - and everything was clean and modern. The location was also great, with many ski resorts close by and accessible by a ski bus, which stops in front of the hotel. Cannot recommend this enough.

This is a cosy and welcoming family-run hotel, perfect for a skiing holiday. Some 5-7 minutes walking distance from the gondola and also close to the center of the village. It is very clean, the rooms are mostly renovated and the hosts are very kind. The ski room is well equipped, with boot warmers and ski holders.

Amazing stuff, beautiful hotel, stunning views, amazing wellness center. And it's a HB! - the prices included both breakfast AND dinner. I love the hotel, and I'll be seeking for an opportunity to visit them again.

Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend. 3 different saunas, outdoor heated pool, everything is nice and tidy with very kind personnel. We'll be glad to come back!
