The apartment is very nice and practically new. There is a Sauna and relaxing space in the building, a very nice addition, we used it daily. The ski slopes are 100 meters walk away from the apartment. The ski storage area is part of the building, with heating for ski shoes, gloves and helmets, very nice and useful. The apartment is part of the Alpenhaus apart-hotel, so you are allowed to use the hotel facilities, such as playroom, pool and restaurants. A very nice ski vacation, definitely coming back.

The heating in one of the bathrooms did not work. The lift in the building broke down on the first day, and it took two days for it to work again.

We liked everything! Apartment is new and well equipped. It has it's own parking space. We had apartment for 6 so we had 2 parking spaces. It is close to the center of Katschberg. Building has an elevator. Staff was very helpful. Near the apartment there was an accident on the road and firemen were on the spot with trucks. So we couldn't check in. And we missed our horse sleigh ride at the Katschberg adventweg. But the staff helped us with calling the organizers and asked if we can get the ride the next day.

I don't know if I missed the guide in the Booking app or simply there was not any info how to enter the apartment. You have to go to some other hotel to check in (I forgot the name), but it is very near the apartment. Nevertheless you cannot check in at Herbert's apartment place. But the staff was very kind and helpful. I would suggest to add that info to the description. Sorry if I am wrong and missed the info! Still I will give 10/10.

The apartment was very new and an apartment with perhaps the best layout I have ever seen. Two master bedrooms (both with showers/WC) and another room with bunk bed and another bathroom. In addition with kitchen, with separate dining area and additional TV/leisure room. Really well designed. the sauna in the apartment house was also added bons, all brand new and built in sturdy quality.

You need to check in at Alpine House which is down the road. Also you can see swimming pool on list at Booking and garage which is extra pay, but located at Alpine House-5 min away from Hebert and not mentioned as they are on Booking.

Great location. Perfect ski room. The staff was extremely nice. We asked for late check out due to the illness of our son and they agreed free of charge. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Downgrade from last year (less kitchen utensils). Sauna ist not for private rental anymore and also less utensils in sauna. Check in and check out are not at the location anymore.

You need to check in at Alpine House which is 5 min. walking distance away.

The appartments are really clean, with good new furniture, very cozy. The sauna is also very nice, despite of being small not many persons are going (hotel was fully booked). Location is great, right by the ski lift.
