Very comfortable stay with great facilities and plenty of space in the restaurant and spa areas. Rooms were a good size with a good bathroom and comfortable beds and warm with a bonus of a balcony with great views. Great spa and wellness areas and restaurant was superb with great variety and high quality food that was themed with so much choice. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Coming off the ski slope for lunch was time consuming as needed to store boots and kit and change shoes before so lost ski time. Whilst the outside hotel bar is on the slopes it wasn’t part of the inclusive package. The bar occasional was short of seating space.

The food is really amazing! Even though it's all inclusive so you have buffets they make a lot of the food fresh and you have so many options! Also nice: you have your own table in the restaurant during your stay so you don't have to look if there's space left to take a seat. Clean and nice designed hotel. Really love the design style of the room, modern and with a lot of storage space for all your clothes. Very comfortable beds, with a nice balcony. Quite rooms so no noise from the neighboors. Good service. I really enjoyd my stay!

Very good place for family holiday with kids - easy to combine skiing, wellness, and a bar nearby playroom :) excellent wellness and separate pool for kids. appreciated all inclusive with great espresso and cocktails.

We arrived Sun 13.40 , we were the only guests there. I had to fill myself complete registration data of all us 5 into a tablet which did not work well, was in German despite we prefer English. 2 receptionists were chatting private instead of taking our passports and making their work. they did not do even if I asked them. I completed registration at 2pm. when asking if we can have some lunch , they told us they close at 2 the restaurant. stupid behaviour . taking our passports and filling data by reception during our lunch would make a difference…you cannot get a good coffee during breakfast as bar is closed. espresso machines in the restaurant make very poor coffee / espresso) …in general the hotel and entire stay were very nice and we will return back.

The hotel is really nice, spa is excellent and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It is a great location for ski lift to one side of the resort.

Food is fairly average not as good as sister hotel cristallo where we have previously stayed . Bar could do with a bit of updating as seating is a bit plasticky.

Location is perfect for skiing, everything is locateted inside the hotel you don't have to go anywhere to rent skies, or to find ski school for your kids. Nearest ski lift is next to hotel but it didnt work all the time due to weather. Hotel is very family friendly and there is a lot of fun activities for kids. Spa is very nice, clean and very well maintained.

Ski instructor for kids Mitzy was absolutely fantastic teaching our daughter to ski! She had such a great approach—patient, encouraging, and fun—which made the whole experience enjoyable and confidence-boosting. We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Thank you, Mitzy!”

Everything from check-in to check-out went great, even late check-out at the end to enjoy the wellness. Ski service to sharpen the edges during lunch break and exceptional food selection made this an excellent trip.

Wellness opens at 10AM but saunas were not turned on yet. The later checkout could have been provided at no cost iso for payment.

The food was very good. Bar and facilities were very good also. The facilities for the children are exceptional. I would strongly recommend for anyone travelling with children of any age.

Nothing really!

Hotel is in a perfect location (you ski into the skiroom), really kind staff, rooms are clean, everything is clean. They have a huge playroom, pool for little ones and also a big one. Food is yummy, there is so much choice it's almost too much.
