The property was very inviting and responsive on messaging. The facilities were clean, calm and accessible. The area is very quiet and walkable. There is a grocery store within a 10 min walk or a two min drive. There purpose of my trip was to explore, hike a bit in the Alps and have a quiet weekend. I booked this place because they had a sauna which after a long hike, came in very handy. The property hosts had many great recommendations for the area hikes and dining. As a solo, single female traveler who speaks English there was no problem in comfort and communication. The staff were genuinely friendly and happy to help. Checkin at 2:30pm Checkout at 10am Breakfast was from 7:30-10am. It had great hot and cold options for a simple way to start your day. There was a complimentary coffee and cake hour from 3pm-4pm The sauna upon request available from 3pm-8pm.

When I sat outside, there seemed to be a considerable amount of flies.

Good breakfast, cute hotel and nice staff, great value for money in this area. Everything is exactly as described online, clean. Fast roads, well-connected like all the villages in the region. In short, perfect for a ski trip!

The village is small so no restaurants or bars in walking distance, this is really the only difference compared to other locations.

Nice sunny location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with great food choice, beverages etc. Evening possibility to eat your food in the restaurant area, plates and cuttlery provided, drinks in fridge in the lobby. Wellness large with two saunas, spacious relaxation area, bathrobe, slippers and towels provided with no additional costs - great relaxation after full day skiing! Highly recommended! Great value for money - room, breakfast, wellness, parking!

Breakfast is a buffet. We really liked it because there was something for everyone. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We went skiing in Obertauern, which is about 20 minutes away by car from the accommodation. Wellness is a big plus, it is very nicely decorated and has several types of saunas. Also, the jacuzzi is outside in the yard and we were lucky that it was snowing lightly which made our stay even more romantic.

Beutifull wellness - 3 saunas, whirpool, big and nice apartman with fully equiped kitchen, very friendly and helpfull staff, super breakfast with a big range of food. And just 20 minutes by car from Obertauern skiing area. We are definitely coming again.

The place is really excellent for the winter holidays stay. Great atmosphere, wonderful owner, spacious and comfortable apartment and small beautiful village where the apartment is located. Close distnace to nice and calm skiing spots. Perfect place for travelling with your dog.

Beautiful location, close to the Obertauern and Grosseck ski areas. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly with a lot of useful information provided at arrival. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The hotel is absolutely modern and well equipped, and the wellness area is really the cherry on the cake.

i was super happy. the accomodation was perfect! Suited to our needs perfectly. Breakfasts are delicious, hotel is cosy and stylish. Skibus stops right at the hotel, which is also convenient if you do not want to reach the slopes by car every day.

just a minor drawback - the sauna was not heating anymore at around 7pm - I mean 70-75C do not heat you properly. so it’s better to come earlier.

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and comfy beds. The sauna area was fantastic - lovely saunas and shower/relaxation area. And lots of books and board games to keep you occupied if needed

in our room some strange sound of flowing water was coming from the walls at regular intervals (even at night)
