The sauna was perfect, we loved the gym and the pool and the great location. We had lovely mountain view. It's very new and clean. Personel really friendly. Super location, highly recommended. Restaurant is good too. And the "brotchen service" (you order in advance and they hang croissants at your door) Very nice there was linnen included ánd the Lungaucard! It saved us a lot of money (Ziplining at Outdoorparc Lungau, up by cablecar and visited Sloss Mauterndorf, you can also go minigolfing or visit different pools for free)

If I had to name something that could be improved: sun blocking curtains and maybe airco? We where fine, bit warm, but with open doors it was manageble, not higher than 25 degrees celcius outside. But 30 and up will be hard I guess. But maybe, because you are at 1640 altitude it doesn't get that hot?

The staff on Reception were very helpful and professional. The apartments exceeded our expectations as there were 2 bathrooms as well as 2 bedrooms. The kitchens were very well equipped. The pool area was lovely and never got too busy. Ski convenience was great and having a ski hire shop in the building was a bonus. There is a very good restaurant on site.

From our end of the building you needed to walk through Reception in gowns and slippers to get to the pool. It felt a bit disconnected. You need to hire extra towels for the pool. As Brits, we were not keen on the naked sauna so weren't able to use the relaxation area.

The personal was extremly friendly and very helpfull with everything we needed, especially at the reception. Cleaning service exeptional, helpfull when taking out waste and other technical things. Beautiful clean newly equipped and furnished appartments, great terrace with a mountain view. Nice spa area. Top skii-in, skii-out location. We had a great time with 3 teenagers and will definitely come back!

No wine glasses in the appartment, but it has all the necessary dishes that you need😆

Nice apart hotel, an excellent location for skiers (ski in/out), great ski storage, clean, tidy, and very space-full apartments. The playroom and pool are great features for families with kids.

I would suggest adding a couple of wine glasses in the kitchen. As for the pool, maybe a rise in temperature of 1-2 degrees Celsius. I was fine, but the kids complained it was a little bit chilly. Anyway, it didn't stop them from enjoying it for hours. Generally excellent accommodation, definitely recommend.

This is a brilliant property, perfect for a weekend ski break or longer ski holiday. Big spacious apartment, ski hire is in the same building, ski in-ski out, very friendly staff, fabulous restaurant with extensive menu and delicious food and wine (and great music)….all perfect.

Sofa could have been a bit bigger as only seated 3 and there were four of us, coffee machine took a bit of goggling for instructions, but they were just small things.

perfect apartments right on the ski piste for families providing comfortable stay - big size fully furnished family apartments with multiple bathrooms/toilets and decent terraces available, some come even with private sauna, parking in the garage, fully equipped ski-room with boot dryers etc, big size wellness area - pool + sauna + relax room area for all, separate wellness area for adults with multiple saunas, showers and relax rooms available, big playroom for children, decent restaurant on site, whole resort is very well maintained and clean, pet and children friendly. Definitely coming back once again this season

The location was perfect. You exit the ski room and you are basically on the ski slope. The whole complex is perfectly clean including the spa, ski room and the room itself. Rooms are cozy, very well furnished and clean! Our room also had sauna in it so we didn’t use the public spa much. One of the best price to performance hotels i have ever been to. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10, would recommend.

Everything was perfect, ski-in ski-out,even with small children because you are on the blue slope and easy to reach ticket office for cable cars.The apartment is big,clean and you can find there everything you need.Family sauna with pool for children was perfect,there is also sauna for adults and chlidren above 14 years.

The temperature in the swimming pool was very fresh

Our room was very big, with a lot of space and beautiful view. The kitchen had everything. Ski slopes are very near hotel, you do not have to carry skiis, you just have to go outside and you are on the slope. This hotel is very good for the family.

The town is very small, there is only one shop near the hotel which is open until 13:00. And if you need new towels, the set( one big and one small towel )costs 6 euros. Also if you want your room to be cleaned, you have to pay 85 euros.

Beautiful view from the spacious terrace, mountains visible through the windows. Two toilets and showers. The hotel offers a discount card that gives free one-time access to many cable cars, museums, and attractions for children. 👍👍👍

Small and overcrowded pool, no loungers, no supervision. No heated drying rack in the bathroom for wet clothes.
