We stayed at Sporthotel Zederhaus as a stop en route to and from our holiday destination. Convenient location close to the highway, decent rooms with proper bathroom and toilet, and good breakfast. There's a small supermarket across the street. Do bring earplugs, because the sound of the river across the street -however lovely it is during the daytime- could prove challenging when you try to sleep. Good value for money!

Our first room had really soft (slightly worn-down) mattresses, the ones in the room we had on our return trip home were fine. The wifi didn't work during our first stay, and due to arrival after hours we were unable to sort that out. Wifi worked smoothly when we stayed there the second time. The after hours check-in procedure wasn't entirely clear at first, but worked just fine after we sent the required email. Received the code to the locker with our door key via return email and everything went smooth after that.

The location is quiet, off the main roads with nice views of the surrounding countryside. The staff were very friendly and the bar was well stocked.

We didn't have the possibility to park our motorbikes in the garage or in any other space, we left them in front of the hotel close to the wall so that at least it wouldn't rain on them, but it didn't seem like an ideal solution. There was plenty of food for dinner and breakfast, but the choice was not very wide. On dinner it was chicken breast with broccoli, or with rice (all you can eat). OK for 18 euros, but if you don't want chicken, you have no choice.

Very nice, modern hotel. It was very new and clean, in a nice quiet location. The basement features sauna and ski depot, for winter it is very useful. They had a bar, too. There is elevator, and parking avaialable in front of the hotel. Th ebreakfast was included, it was quite ok.

The beds are a bit too narrow, less than 90 cm. Aftre showering there was a horrible smell in the bathroom, we moved all our staff out, but later it passed. We wanted to have dinner, all was closed in the village, the hotel has a restaurant, but they had inly buffet dinner with 1 choice (wiener sniztel), and we are vegetarians so it was not an option for us. Not big deal, overall we had positive experience in this hotel, I would return readily, just mentioning these to prepare other tourists to plan so.

The manager went out of his way to make me move the bike to make sure it was under cover and monitored by the cctv for extra piece of mind. The hotel bar and restaurant were open and served with a good breakfast. The hotel was on the road I was travelling so it made it easy to find. Good rooms and parking on site.

Nothing. The back view from the balcony was a banked area. But that didn’t affect me as only used the room to sleep in. As travelling around the country.

Lovely location, clean, modern, food was limited choice but very good, unexpected in such a small village the size of the hotel. We used it on our road trip where we visited Spielberg F1, great value, nice easy and picturesque drive to the circuit at around 1.5hrs which drops you in at the car park

It is a good value. You get a toom with breakfast for a reassble price. The staff in the restaurant, in the bar and in the kitchen were amazing. ( not at the reception desk, dough)

The staff in the restaurant, in the bar and in the kitchen were amazing. However, the person sitting at the reception desk wasn’t the friendliest. Most of the rooms have bunk beds and separate twin beds that are quite small and narrow. Barely double, queen or king’s beds. When I confroted him that the pictures on my reservation are not the same ( double beds) to the one I got (2 separate single/ twin beds) he said, yes, the pictures are different…

The rooms are very clean and relatively spacious Surprisingly new property Decent parking very close to site Showers are very decent - no shortage of hot water Food is very good value for money (11 euros for dinner - breakfast included)

The village is super quiet - you will need to travel 20 mins by car to find a decent restaurant (but u can eat at the hotel) The manager we had was not the most friendly but was efficient The food on site was pretty basic - boiled eggs for breakfast (no fried or scrambled) The hotel does accommodate a lot of school parties - who can be. noisy

I like the guy at the reception, who was very friendly and free parking. Also there was very calm, the hotel was full and there was no noise so we could rest after snowboarding. Also big balcony.

There was no mini bar in the room, also no radiators to dry your clothes after being in snow.. I also prefer fried eggs for breakfast and there were just cooked ones. These are minor things of course.

I believe this should be a great place for those who is looking for the wintersports locations. Balcony to the river is great, it gives nice white noise. Large parking with place to charge electric vehicles. there is a bar and night check in for outside working hours of the reception but you have to write a message that you are running late.

Breakfast could be better, at some time no cheese / meat platter, and they ran out of eggs really fast. so some people were not lucky with the what is left there to eat, but breakfast can give you a chance to make a good sandwich, have a yoghurt with fruits or cereals. So if you don't see something you might be missing in the breakfast, ask for it, don't be shy. Beds are not so comfortable to sit in, some really strange configuration for the twin room, you can't move those. Not much of the seating space, you can bring the table with chairs from balcony, but wipe those beforehand.

Very positive surprise, really nice hotel, beautiful town. I was truly amazed. Expected highway but it was hidden away/ town very silent. There was a great party in a local restaurant, firemen, choir, Trachten, hunters, that was sooo much laughter! Loved it! For kids, great playground nearby.

In upper bunk beds kids can fall down(frame too high, opening up the gap to the mattress), so we had to swap with kids, parents up, kids down.
