The location was perfect. The staff was really friendly and helpfull. Room was spacious and clean with nice balcony and lots of closet space. We enjoyed the sauna and even thought the food was the same it was tasty.

I didn't really get the glass door on the bathroom.

Hotel was near cableway and near the shops and restaurants. Rooms were cleaned every day. Owners and all staff were very friendly. Rooms were furnished very practically . The beds were comfortable. We had also very nice bathroom. We had mountain view.

Everything was great, we were very happy to stay here.

Very helpful and hospitality staff. The ski school is right at place. Close to a ski lift and few minute walk to the Edelweis slope. Close to everything -- spar market, restaurant, ski renting shop. Provide free ski locker with warm boots stack. Also love the sockets provided near the bed.

Plenty breakfast, but it is all the same everyday. The soap dispenser in bathroom was setting up near the door instead of the bathtub.

Very nice breakfest, big and comfortable rooms

Delicious breakfast, nice location. Closed, heated snowboard and ski storage in the basement. Opens with room keycard.

Bathroom extractor did not work properly

The hotel is located super centrally with direct access to ski slopes, restaurants and a supermarket. It features a great (heated!) ski storage with a direct access to the Main Street. The lockers can be locked with the room card, which was a very positive surprise. The breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of teas, local jams, local cold meets as well as musli and eggs and bacon. Eggs are made freshly and prepared depending on the demand to avoid waste. Breads are very small which again avoids waste and allows to try different varieties. The restaurant staff is very attentive and helpful. The hotel offers the option to reuse the towels which is great in regards to sustainability. The two owners are very friendly and solution-oriented. When there is a problem, they will take care personally and see how to improve the situation.

The parking is right outside and unfortunately not protected. The rooms are quite old and the mattresses were a little worn out as well. What we also didn’t enjoy was the fact of having two single mattresses in the double bed. There are not many plugs, especially next to the bed there is only one. So if you have many electronic devices to charge, better to take a multi connector. The cleanliness seemed fine, however we found a vipe e cigarette in between the mattresses on the day we left and we don’t smoke.
