The apartment itself appeared brand new, and the service provided by the host was beyond excellent. We were provided with detailed tips for hiking in the vicinity, including which skilifts and restaurants were open, and the approximate length of each hike. We really enjoyed our stay.

The shops (including supermarkts) and restaurants in the village itself where quite expensive compared to those down the mountain and weren't open for a most of the stay (which is to be expected, especially outside the skiing season, but something to take into account).

We stayed in the small apartment for 10 days over Christmas & New Year. Very comfortable, modern and well equipped apartment. Very helpful & friendly staff. Apartment serviced half way through our stay and fresh towels provided every 4 days. Great location, only 150 yards walk to Zentralbahn ski lift. Individual locking heated ski/boot lockers Free underground parking below the chalet. A short walk to the town centre shops, hotels / bars. Free sauna & relaxation beds in the building with towels & robes provided. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return here.

Absolutely fabulous! The accommodation itself is wonderful - be it the facilities, the cleanliness, the comfort, the amenities with everything you can think of, the location, the wonderful views. On top of that, an incredibly kind and helpful owner. And dogs are more than welcome. I am really struggling to find the right words to express our satisfaction. The apartment was absolutely amazing! Super super clean, very spacious and extremely comfortable, equipped with everything that you could possibly think of, with unbelievable view of the mountains from our apartment windows and balconies. The village itself looks like a ski resort and was very quiet during our stay, in the end of July. We enjoyed it. The view around the village is spectacular. Valerie, the host, is the most nicest and kind person and she helped us with absolutely everything we needed and more. She also gave us excellent tips for traveling the village area. We had a great week staying there with our two young children! Very Highly recommended and definitely one of the best places we ever booked through Booking.com

Everything is perfect as always! We’ve been here several times and will come back for sure. Super clean, well equiped flat with helpful and lovely hosts, right next to the slopes. Great sauna in the basement, and also heated ski closet is part of the service. Absolutely 10/10!

Very nicely decorated apartment, generous in size, very well-equipped kitchen, very clean and pleasant-smelling linens, large, modern bathroom and service toilet available. Gorgeous area, beautiful apartment building.. Wonderful host, interested in making the stay very pleasant.

No cleaning at all for a 7-night stay?! 😳 I have never experienced something similar, and we travel quite a lot. I surely wasn't expecting cleaning myself whilst on an expensive ski holiday in Austria....I'm afraid it really did the difference

Great appartment, clean and comfartable, warm enough. Lift inside the house, big balconies, close to first ski lift (Central).

Just proposal to have deep plates in the kitchen, there are only shallow ones :-)

Beautiful apartment fully equipped even for long stays. Nicely located with amazing out of bed views. We came with a dog and we did nit need to pay extra for her, so this was a lovely gesture. Owner Valerie is very kind and helpfull. This will be my choice again when returning to Obertauern.
