Great little hotel, super location, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, really good boot room (spacious and not boiling hot!). Added bonus was the pool, sauna and steam room which were great after a day’s skiing. Our room was at the back in the eaves, plenty big enough. Fab bathroom with separate toilet. Hotel has a traditional feel. A few steps to the nearest lift and you can ski almost to the door at the end of the day. Everything is nearby (ski hire, lift pass kiosk, Spar) and various restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel has a small restaurant which is open towards the end of the week which you can book. Good food at reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Very good location, close to the ski chair, with ski to door possibility and very good ski room facilities. Very clean, super nice pool and sauna area with views to the slopes, very good breakfast. Also very conveniently located, close to restaurants, shops, market.

Room furniture is older style but well maintained

Ideally placed next to slopes, lifts, shops, restaurants and bars. Excellent balance of facilities and cost. Large room size with slope facing balcony. Modern bathroom.

The hotel is at the center of obertauern, the sauna is great, the hotel is clean and comfy.

The pool (and the jacuzzi inside) is a bit cold

Breakfast is good, but it could be better, we were missing more different eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit,.. The restaraunt for the dinner is average, not much choice,.. The location to ski lifts is perfect. Rooms are confortable. Wellnes is small, but cosy, the water in the pool could be warmer. Besides all we have a good time.
