The hotel is very handy, cozy and the staff very nice and helpful. You can choose breakfast and dinner. You are situated within a walking distance from skilifts, but you can actually dive into one of the slopes as you cross the road and the parking.

It is a bit too expensive if you do not book it in advance. Well, the entire Obertauern is expansive, and if you are not lucky with the weather, your ski vacation can turn into a mountain snowstorm watching week.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, always ready to provide useful advice. The family room for four was spacious, well-organized, and felt much more comfortable than a typical hotel room. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options for the whole family. We would gladly return here during the winter as well.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful. Everything is good at this place, only that it's a ski resort and in summer most of the restaurants and places to go in Obertauern are closed. Everything is kind of dead after sundown in the summer.

The only thing I would highlight as a negative is that it's right on the main road, so there is always some bit of noise coming from the road.

Breakfast was great, a lot of choices. Room was very clean, but small for 4 star hotel. I think the room is less then 20 m2 but i say again very clean. Stuff was great, a waiter was from Balkan, he was very helpful and friendly. Very close to ski lift and parking NO 3 and NO 4. I think little more than 150 m, but ok, very close.

I expected bigger room but we were going on skiing soo, nothing really metter. :)

Nice and clean hotel with a great service team! There is also a billiard and table football however you can just play with one of them as there is not enough space between them, but it was ok! There are also many board games.

Great location with beautiful view on the montains, approx. 250m away from the ski lift, 3 minutes away from store, private parking, all walking distance. Excellent breakfast and dinner.Breakfast buffet with a wide range of food options,really deliciouse. Nice and clean rooms with helpful staff. Also pet friendly, children friendly with own children playroom.

We appreciate the efficient and pleasant check-in procedure, friendliness of staff, and welcoming atmosphere at the bar at the entrance. The room was well kept and clean, bathroom is new. Our impression was that the staff goes extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Good value overall.

While breakfast was efficiently organized and plentiful, we thought the quality of food and coffee was rather generic. Beds were good but not great, the blinds don't block the light completely and sound insulation is not very effective.

Nothing. Even the slightly unusual double parking across the road was no trouble and ran like clockwork. They hold your key and if need be will adjust parking spots seamlessly

Rich breakfast and splendid dinner. Good service and easy parking. Pets are welcome. We enjoyed staying in this hotel for one night after a long journey and wanted to stay a little bit longer, but to our regret the hotel was fully booked. And now we understand why. Johanneswarefall is a must see, just 5 min drive.

The location, the interior and the food (we had dinner and breakfast) were all amazing. In our room facing the back we did not hear any street noise at all.

The sound proofing inside the hotel could have been better. Or maybe we were just unlucky with the upstairs neigbours.
