The location is great. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Room was beautiful and had a nice view, it was very clean, they clean your room every day. The staff were very helpful, we had an accident on the slopes and they came to pick us up at the hospital in 20 minutes and the next day they arranged for our skies to be delievered to us. We were/are so grateful for every one of them! Our waiter Dejan was very nice and accommodating and made us laugh and we felt very welcome! The spa/sauna room is great with a beautiful view of Katschberg with 3 different types of saunas. The parking infront of the hotel was also great!

All in this hotel says you, that this family have this business a long time, and it`s perfect. All is perfect organized. Apartments was very clean. Room was be cleaned every day. We have a large balcon. Our little dog wasn`t be a problem. Breakfast was be nice, with good coffee and tasty traditional regional foods. Dinner is choosing one of three dishes. Sauna is including at price. Hotel is perfect situated with direct exit to slope (about 10 meters). For skiing you need only wear ski at morning and you will be on the piste. A lot of thanks to the young waiter was very attentive and caring, even though we weren't sitting at table he serviced.

Too small WC-room a shower

We were more than satisfied with the accommodation. Practically on the ski slopes. The staff was extremely friendly, from the housekeepers to the personnel in the dining area and bar. Clean and without complaints. Thank you for a pleasant vacation to all the employees at Gasthof Bacher :)

Amazing view in the upper part of the mountain. The responsiveness of the owner to help accomodste us although we being late was outstanding.

Beside the bed, the amenities would have benefited from renovation.

Excellent stay as always, location is perfect, staff is very accommodating, food is good.

The only thing I always really miss here is a kettle or a coffee machine in the room.

What struck me most when I entered the room is how beautiful it is. Design is of wood and marble-like stone. And the restaurant is beautiful as well, as is the hotel building from outside. It's the most beautiful hotel I stayed in during my travel in Austria this year. Room is not big, very cozy. Well-furnished, too, with table and chair suitable for work. Staff is also extremely nice. Breakfast is good: omelette, bacon, ham, cheeses, though there are no sausages and no fresh orange juice.

Very nice hotel, absolutely great location (end of the village, up on the hill, you can start your mountain hike right from the hotel). Beautiful mountain view from the room's terrace (!) and absolutely best breakfast! Like really the best breakfast you can even imagine. It's till 10 AM, but they will let you eat till 11:30 AM without any problems. Also, great dinners and beer in hotel restaurant. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

The spa isn't able to use during the weekend, which is a bit strange. But it was the only negative thing.

Small panorama sauna was almost everytime empty. Dinners were so rich that they could not be eaten.

Personnel didn't like to speak English even if they could

One would expect sth sweet/pastry at breakfast (which I terribly missed)

Great location, only few m to ski slopes and with beautiful view. Excellent food and very nice personel.
