We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the delicious and varied breakfasts, which offered a great selection of veggies, eggs, bread, teas, and everything else. The wellness area was fantastic, featuring a range of saunas that made for a truly relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved an issue we had with bugs in the bed frame within a day.

Our stay was great, but the booking management team in the headquarters, particularly one arrogant lady, left a negative impression.

Large typical traditional Tyrolean hotel, owned by the same Group as the more modern large Almhof complex close by. Very comprehensive breakfast and dinner. Set menu of 5 to 7 courses gave ample choice. Helpful and friendly staff. Ski rent and ski bus within 50m.

Spa facilities ok if you like Austrian ideas of how to dress for the spa, or not! Not for us. All extras charged for, for example tap water at the dinner table - around 5 euros a litre. A bit excessive considering the cost of half board. . The whole area including the skiing is so much more modern and efficient than when I first came 40 years ago - good for some but has lost its charm of wood clad rooms, open fires, cow bells, sled run right to the door and so on. Hotel and the area seemed to be less than 30% full - good for getting around but loses some vibrancy - just seemed empty.

It was the perfect location after a day of snowboarding g/ skiing. The room was cozy and clean and all amenities provided. The breakfast was exceptional with various breakfast options s buffet style. After a long day of being in the snow it was wonderful to enjoy the saunas. Multiple rooms as well as a pool available and relaxation areas.

This hotel is one of the best we visited on our trip. We stayed in the family suite. It was a good size room with a separate room with single beds. There is a porch so you can step out side and get some air. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and good food. There wasn't any dinner at the hotel the nights we satyaed is a nearby pizza restaurant that was excellent.

Everything was top; the room was very spacious and clean, good beds. Very friendly staf and willing to solve all your problems. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Very clean and everything you need; swimming pool, sauna, bar, restaurant,... We're coming back!

Very spacious (family) room in the center of Nauders. Breakfast was good, I cannot think of anything missing.

Room was very warm and opening the windows did not help. We were staying at the street side and had a lot of noise from people leaving bars during the night.

Hotel is very centrally located. The ski bus stops almost in front of it. The suite was spacious with practical space divider. Decent breakfast with plenty of choices.

Room looked a bit dated, even for the alpine look it’s going for.

A very warm welcome by the receptionist. The atmosphere is great! Excellent breakfast and clean room! We loved how the sheets were made up.

Matrass probably need replacement, very hard! Parking was limited and I had to leave my car at the entrance of the hotel where somebody spit on the windshield.

Setting and space and cleanliness good.

Loungers in wellness area are badly worn and cover torn. Sauna opering hours very short from 15-19:00. Why not a few hours in the morning for non Skieers and till 21:00 at night?

Great location, friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, amazing breakfast and a beautiful spa area. 10/10 would recomend
