We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gartenhotel. I can say it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. It is a family run hotel and they made us feel like part of their family. We were a very large group and the hotel was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. They let us use the play room and the reception area for our gatherings, they allowed us to use dishes from their kitchen and were there to address every one of our asks. They were extremely helpful in booking wonderful restaurants and providing other recommendations in the area. The apartment we stayed in was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the kitchen was top-notch, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The hotel’s breakfast was equally impressive with many tasty choices. Huge selections of teas was always available as well as coffees and snacks. The location was perfect, with easy access to Kitzbuhel ski slops making it convenient for both relaxation and skiing. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile and a willingness to help. Wow, what a great place. We were there with my parents (75 & 77 yrs old) and our 2 kids (11 & 13 yrs old). They truly think of all the small details and what makes a family run hotel (mini-resort) memorable. We loved the small wellness, spa area. I probably used that massage chair every day! Breakfast was the best we've had on our trip, the small coffee & tea area after a long day on the slopes was terrific. The self-serve bar area is a great touch. We used the games room daily, the ski storage area was perfect. Also location was great for Kitzbuhel and surrounding towns. And above all else, the stay were always so friendly and helpful!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Gartenhotel Rosenhof. We were a part of a very large group (about 20 adults and 20 kids), with a lot of needs, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, made a lot of accommodations for us and helped us make restaurant reservations for our very large group. The rooms were very clean, and tea and coffee were available around the clock. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Kitzbuchel area.

I liked everything.

We loved that it was family run and felt like a home more than a hotel. The owners were very warm and hospitable. We were unlucky enough to lose our keys in the snow and were unable to find them before we left, we were happy to pay for the lost key and were not expecting them to find them before the snow melted - however they were found the next day and they returned our payment. Thank you Rosenhof, you were all very kind

Great staff, rich breakfast, lots of activities for children. Definitely a great choice for families. We spent a week there with our daughter 1yo and she loved it. Everything you could think of was amazing. Totally recommend 👌

It’s a bit far from train station - 20 minutes. No problem for adults but with a stroller, twice a day or more it is not super convenient. We went to dinner by car to save the journey.

Everything was perfect - clean room, delicious breakfast, relaxing spa. Massage chair was awesome!

Was a little confusing about room service. I thought it was like in a regular hotel but turned out I had to request it. There was a card explaining it but it was in German. Please make instructions in English as well. You get many foreigners and they would appreciate it. Thank you

Beautiful cozy family run hotel, the staff was great, the room was kept clean and tidy and it had a great green initiatives. Our little toddler had a lot of fun in the playroom with all the toys. The heating was on and never felt like it was winter outside. The breakfast had enough choice to satisfy everyone.

A truly wonderful hotel. Beautiful and quiet location. Nice views. Ideal location in Tyrol. Great garden and fine swimming pool with sufficient sun loungers and parasols. Extensive breakfast. Enjoyable both inside and outside. Warm welcome. Nice staff. Here the guest is taken care of. The rooms are spacious, equipped with balconies and up to date. Good beds too. Highly recommended.

The appartement / chalet had a lot of room, was well equipped and was a beautiful place to stay in. The swimming pool and other facilities were great, and the hotel staff were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. We had an amazing week at this property.

My family of 5 people had this big cottage log house with plenty of space for us. Great heated pool with cover sometimes austria weather can change rapidly 🥳 During late hours we used the pool table and played some table tennis. They had this trusted self service koncept - here you just took from the bar what you like amd then put it on a note for the reception to bill it later on. Never seen it before but we liked it 👍 Fantastic hospitality the staff was was very service minded and Anna was a star - if you have just any small issue the she could solve it right away she is a star Our best recommendation goes out to this place
