Great location near several slopes. Property is decked out with lots of gadgets for example a heated closet for your ski gear, heated flooring and a well equipped kitchen. The owner Heinz and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. This property definitely ranges in the 5* range of any international hotel. The owner also offers a delightful looking breakfast.

The host was truly exceptional - one of the most thoughtful and attentive I’ve ever encountered. Prior to my arrival, he reached out to confirm my estimated check-in time, and when I mentioned I’d be arriving late, he went above and beyond by sending detailed, step-by-step instructions, including photos to show me exactly which room was mine and how to access it and to ensure a seamless and stress-free arrival. Throughout my stay, his responsiveness and genuine hospitality stood out. He patiently answered all my (many!) questions with care and clarity. His advice was impressively detailed and very helpful. When I discovered that the Dachstein cable car was closed for the season, he promptly suggested a range of alternative activities, picturesque hiking trails, and top-notch local dining spots. His recommendations were not only insightful but impressively thorough - clearly drawn from deep local knowledge and a sincere desire to enhance his guests’ experience. The accommodation itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Stylish yet cozy, the space was thoughtfully designed with modern amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher - perfect for longer stays or those who appreciate convenience and comfort. Every detail made the apartment feel like a true home away from home. I would return without hesitation - again and again. I cannot recommend this place highly enough to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with the warmth of home, the luxury of modern convenience, and the rare treat of a host who genuinely cares about your experience. We had a great vacation in Austria about two months ago and our stay at Alpin Residenz Dachsteinperle made it even greater. Everything was wonderful - the apartment was modern and well-furnished, we had everything we needed for cooking and preparing dinners, the breakfast was very delicious (and there was a variety of tasty dishes), the view from our apartment was breathtaking, the location was very convenient for trips in Salzburg area and most important, the staff was very kind and generous.

Everything was excellent, nothing negative to write about.

The location was lovely overseeing the Dachstein glacier. The cabin was brand-new and the quality of the construction, including the fully equipped kitchen made it a wonderful choice for a relaxing vacation. Daniel, the host was awesome and really responsive. He helped with recommendations of things to do and places to see around Ramsau and the surrounding area. The cabin really quiet and the view from the room is breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast was really nice and the choices available are quite pleasant, even for picky eaters. The breakfast is delivered to your room, so that is an extra pleasant surprise. There is ample parking spots including covered garage. There’s a few supermarkets around for those that want to try out some cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. All in all, it’s the best place we’ve seen in Austria. By far.

Beautifully designed apartments with stylish modern facilities embedded in an architecture and interior design that preserves the historic style of the local cultural heritage in a fresh and upbeat manner. Super-friendly, attentive and highly competent hospitality team. All of this in a magnificent location with breathtaking views and ample options for short and long hiking.

We did not have enough time to explore and exploit the wealth of opportunities for hiking, sightseeing and touring.

We stayed at Alpin Residenz Dachsteinperle and had an incredible experience. The views were breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the surrounding peaks and valleys. The room was cozy and well-appointed, adding to the overall charm. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious and varied selection that set us up perfectly for a day of hiking. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape to the mountains!

Everything was perfect!

Absolutely stunning place & location. We spent two nights here and could have easily stayed more. The apartment was perfect, comfortable, stylish, with a dream view from the terrace. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed eating it in the comfort of our own space. The host was better than we could have asked for. He was very kind, generous, and helpful. He recommended a hiking trail for us meeting our needs, as we were with a 3 year old child, and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you, we hope to come back again for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay in the Dachsteinperle, the location is quite good, circa 20 min from city center with view directly on Dachstein. The house is modern and comfortable. It was great that the owner gave us tips for hikes which fits the purpose of our vacation (also considering we had dog with us), customer service is exceptional. Before the arrival each guest receives Sommercard which brings you quite high discounts on parkings/cable cars.

The apartment and the view on the mountains is so amazing, you want to stay there the whole day and enjoy it instead of going outside. Breakfast was delivered to the door and was simply excellent with local products and lots of fresh fruit. The owners were super friendly and helpful and gave us lots of ideas for walking tours in the region.

We had such an amazing holiday in Ramsau, mainly thanks to Familie Tritscher. The property exceeded our expectations, we even got a free upgrade which was a nice gesture. Everybody was so nice to us and they helped to arrange everything for us. The room was very well equipped and you could even set up the drying cabinet with your skis and jackets from your room. We were impressed. We are definitely coming back!
