We had half food lodging and the breakfast and evening meals were superb. Absolutely delicious. Our apartment was spacious and very carefully thought out and spotless. There was four of us and more than enough space. The location is just beautiful. Our bedroom had a view of the Dachstein mountain and many an evening was spent just lost in thought staring at its majesty. Our granddaughter loved the bunnies and spent quite a bit of time feeding and playing with them. The family Eidsl, went out of their way to be hospitable. We had a fabulous time and should the opportunity arise I would gladly return.

Wonderful hotel, comfortable room with great services. Very friendly owners & staff. Breakfast was very good! Dinner was fabolus with great choices, including vegetarian option. Cheese & chutney offer was my favourite. Personal touch is everywhere: welcome letter, beach bag with bath rob & slippers and hiking bag to use during stay! The location is great to discover the Dachstein region. E-bike is available for rent.

We booked one night here for some relaxation time after hiking the 5 Huttenweg Trail (which we highly recommend!). The hotel looked comfortable and charming online, but it was even better than we expected. The room was lovely with an absolutely breathtaking view from the balcony, looking up over a green, hilly pasture to the mountain behind. We spent a very long time sitting out there, drinking some wine and watching the horses at the neighboring property graze. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was heavenly after our 6+ hour hike. At night, we left the window cracked and could hear the bells of the cows next door. Dinner was fun and delicious, and breakfast offered a very lovely selection of local, homemade treats. The staff was truly outstanding, with excellent English (though willing to humor my very poor attempts at German) and welcoming, friendly demeanors. The location is really perfect for day hiking, with many major trails passing right behind the property, and the hotel loans out basic equipment like trekking poles and backpacks for free. We really wished we'd booked a longer stay to take more advantage of both the activities in the area and the hotel amenities! We sincerely hope to get the opportunity to visit again someday.

The only thing that struck us as less than perfect at this hotel was that the temperature in the common areas was surprisingly high. I'm sure it's very cozy and enjoyable in the winter after being out in the cold, but on a sunny October day we were definitely uncomfortably warm during mealtimes and check-in. No problem in our room though! To reiterate, this did not impact our stay in any significant way! Just maybe don't wear a sweater to dinner ;)

The property is beautiful. The rooms are perfect and cozy, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the location is amazing.

Even though they provide you with fresh water and fresh fruits, the room misses a mini fridge and maybe a water cooker and/or a coffee machine.

One of the best hotels I have ever booked in 10 years of using Booking.com. This place is mentally good. It's a family run business and you can see it on every detail. We paid the same price as for another B&B hotel in Cortina and we have received service like kings. The spa is mind-blowing. And hearing the thunderstorm while bathing in a bio pool. This is just a gem. Definitely taking my family and coming back every time I visit Dachstein.

They were super friendly and very helpful. A great place for a complete Austrian Winter experience.

Run by the sweetest family giving the establishment the kind of love and care you can never find in a “corporate” hotel.

We traveled with 2 years old child so we appreciated spacious apartment, swimming pool after skiing and animals next to the hotel. Eggs from their hens are served for breakfasts which were great by the way. I also recommend dinner where was bufet and served meal too. There is paid cross-country ski route next to the hotel which wasn´t adjusted too well but this wasn´t mistake from hotel. We will be glad to return here even in the summer.
