An exceptionally beautiful room with a view of the beautiful mountains with the sound of water nearby that you can't tear yourself away from. An exceptionally comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom, every detail perfectly chosen. An excellent spa center with all the amenities, exceptionally good food, everything is clean and impeccable. But the hotel staff gives a special touch to the hotel. Smiling, casual and always ready to answer your question. Especially the dear girl Ema who made every stay in the restaurant better with her magical smile and great professionalism. As I understand, the hotel opened 14 days ago, the team was learning. You could see he was getting better. What pleasantly surprised me was the concept. Everything is built on a family atmosphere, on trust. You can serve beer, or wine, or even alcohol yourself at great prices. You probably won't find 2 euros for a large quality beer in Austria. Free quality coffee, chocolate and lemonades all day long. The hotel has a large wellness area including a swimming pool. There is a Skibus next to the hotel. You are on the Gletcher Express in 5 minutes and in other 10 minutes you are already skiing at an altitude of 2850 to 3440 meters. Thanks for a great experience, I'll be back. Their slogan "feel like home" fits exactly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at thr Hotel, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in service. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, providing exceptional service with a smile. The dining experience was equally impressive, with delicious cuisine and a great ambiance. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cosy and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

The room was large and spacious with a breathtaking view. The swimming pool and the wellness area. The location and the large parking lot.

There were no shutters on the windows or enough curtains to cover them all. The staff does not speak English. I would improve the food, the dinner experience did not live up to the standard of the hotel.

Everything was just very great. Located 10 minutes by walk from nearest ski lift, has very good SPA area with warm pool, number of saunas and even saline room. Very tasty food for breakfast and dinner, availability of soup for lunch. Room is modern, clean and with good insulation with nice mountain view.

Sometimes lunch took longer because of slow food delivery to the table. Air in the room was too dry.

Excellent welcoming reception. Very kindly made some food for us, even if were late. Truly went out of hie way to deliver beyond expectations and made the difference for the stay. Very cozy athmophere at the lobby
