The buffet and menu offered was fantastic, the staff nice and friendly and the spa modern and well designed. During the day free drinks and snacks are offered all around the house. Great place we'll come back again.

Gym is closed from 14pm till the evening for young adults up to 16, same for the infinity pool that is available for young adults up to 16 only between 11am and 14pm. The family spa on the other hand is open for everybody all day round and therefore the sauna is frequented by naked elderly. ;D That was the only minus point.

The Sportalm was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, well designed, great views, and fantastic food and service. The food is excellent, with breakfast, a 3pm after ski snack, and a 5 course dinner. We loved selecting our dinner each morning, the daily soup is soooo good. The Chestnut soup is a stand out. The service is fast, efficient, but not intrusive. The bar is well designed with very creative drinks. We loved this place, I'd move in if I had the choice. Nice sauna, complete weight and exercise room, 5 min drive to the ski area(s)...if your going to Pitztal, this is the place to stay.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

The staff welcomed us with a smile and were always there if we would have needed something. Food had a good and fresh variety of different options. Dinners were amazing and breakfast was all you need for a good start for the day.

Not that much to improve. But if I have to add something, there was one person from the staff that seemed to be rather annoyed most of the time. Every one else provided the best customer service possible.

Nothing, just perfect!

Exceptional in everything. The facility was perfect, the food was amazing. The infinity pool was charming along with the full sound, steam room, gym and relaxation area. The experience there is unique and difficult to find it in other places. This was unforgettable visit.

The room was a bit old as we were given a room in the old building. The temperature of the swimming pool can be a bit higher. the facilities are scattered between 2 buildings and you need to literally walk for 5 minutes and use 3 different lifts to get from the room to the swimming pool.

Cozy place - the owner family made us feel welcome from the start. Great food - and as a vegetarian I rareley felt more welcome: not only with vegetarian options that went out of their way to be more original than the usual „vegetable platter“ or pasta - they even prepared special vegetarian versions of the soups for me and even on the grill night had something extra so I could participate. Special thanks also to Daniel, our exceptionally knowledgable sommeleir - best wine descriptions and recommendations we had in a long while. We had a great stay, would recommend the hotel heartily and will definitely be back.

In many reviews it is easy to point out bad points - but here… difficult. The only thing that we would not do again is the massages we booked - 3 different massage styles that felt basically the same and were a bit on the very average side (especially when compared to the sterling effort on the rest of the place). Would not book those again.

🚩 red flag alert: I missed checking my bathrobe pocket and forgot my apple headphones. Unfortunately, the cleaning personal washed them. After asking whether they have found them, the reception personal said „yes & we will send them to you“ (without mentioning that they had been washed and are therefore useless… )when I received the headphones in the mail, I instantly asked whether they had washed them because the content of the package was completely soaked … after that they did not even answered my email. this hotel management is the uttermost disgraceful kind ! Additionally, we had been asked to change seats (such that they were able to set up the tables for the next morning) during both dinners we had in this premise which is crazy. Embrace yourselves, hospitality is nothing you can expect for granted.
