The information about the room in the booking.com stated that it has two double beds, but only one was prepared and other small single bed not until asked for. Was disappointed that the information about the room was not correct. It should be revised and updated. Also when leaving the payment data was not verified and the full price was tried to be billed. Only after explaining the room was paid before through booking.com the personnel checked it causing a bit awkward moment when leaving.

Breakfast and especially dinner was unbeatable, big praise to the chef. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return sometime.

It was clean but that’s it.

The staff was very unpleasant (especially the young blonde with short hair at the reception). We got an attitude for anything. We sat at a different table for breakfast and they said OK but continued to tell us how it’s not our table. While the whole restaurant was empty. We asked for new bath robes and they didn’t hurry at all. When I asked, the blonde accepted my request but very rudely like I was taking money out of her pocket. Just say you don’t give new bath robes if you give an attitude when accommodating your guests. The spa opens in the afternoon for a couple hours, basically useless to us. The breakfast was horrible. Very few things which looked old and dry. We asked for omelette because there was no more and the lady went to the omelette pot, scrubbed it and said there is still a bit. That was like 50grams left. They made us new omelette but they were rude about it. At some point some guy with an NL number blocked the entrance to the parking with his car. He came and showed me how to reach the parking regardless, but how about you just park the car in the parking lot instead and not have guests drive around the house to reach the parking?! I think it might have been the owner or something. Never moved his car for the time we were staying there.
