Staff are always polite and friendly, rooms are clean comfortable, location is fantastic, food and facilities are excellent, we have stayed four times now and would definitely return.

on the last day of our stay two young men aged around 20 years of age, accessed the pool facilities as members of the public with a large water gun, and were spraying everyone and disturbing people, they were rude to my wife when she got in there way and there was nobody from the hotel who challenged / stopped them or asked them to leave, for people on holiday paying a lot of money to stay the hotel should not allow young members of the public to spoil the peace an wellbeing

There should be coffee, milk and English breakfast tea in the rooms. There should be a much better map of the swimming, spa and sauna facilities. I think the prices should be reduced by 15%. The dinner was very good but the portions should be bigger.

Amazing experience, the thermal pools were something out of this world. Being able to swim in heated waters while its snowing above you is an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

They didnt give us twin bed rooms although i have sent them an email prior to visiting on this request. A few things for Visitors to note : 1) there is a whole section (sauna section i believe) that is a nude only area, we did not realize this before but was informed at the reception. 2) If you wish to book a massage you need to book it well in advance, unfortianteley we didnt and couldnt find a single slot. 3) Bring you own slippers/flip flops as the hotels does not provide these to guests

There was in Aqua Spa mostly Sauna and steam bath were allowed naked people, I think need change and put more area with clothes and only few are naked.

Clean, luxurious hotel. Saunas are a must. The therme area is wonderful. Food is exceptional and nicely plated :)

1. No slippers in the room. ( this is a 500 EUR a night hotel) 2. No toothpaste in the room. ( again, 500 EUR) 3. You are not allowed to take pictures in the therme area ( those famous pics you see everywhere), which is exagerated, considering how much people pay to get there. 4. If you like to spend an hour or 2 more in the therme after check-out, you have to pay extra which is crazy considering the price and that you are a hotel guest. 5. So yes they do what they can to squeeze the last penny out of your pocket, even though you paid a LOT already. Not very nice hotel culture.

The entire establishment (both the spa and the hotel) is truly impressive and well-maintained. In all the facilities, there are refreshment points with an incredibly competent, professional, and friendly staff. The main restaurant features a rich buffet and offers a different menu every day. Additionally, the hotel organizes various outdoor activities that allow you to fully appreciate that Lagerfeld area. The bedroom and bathroom are always clean and tidy, and the minibar is always well-stocked. The scenery offers breathtaking views of the mountains. All areas are clearly marked with guidelines for the appropriate attire. For me, it’s one of the gems of Tyrol.

A small suggestion to the chefs: I recommend using yolk eggs instead white cream to make carbonara, as is the tradition in Italy. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding the word "Carbonara"

The SPA is the best! The variety of pools, treatments, areas in the SPA is outstanding and really helps you fully relax. The massages and facials that we had at the Aqua Dome were of very high quality. The restaurant provided delicious food and some lovely surprises. The room was exactly as requested, and housekeeping made sure to treat us nicely and leave surprises from time to time. Also the mini bar is free and you get all the water and soft drinks you need. The slopes in Solden are fantastic! We did alpine skiing in Solden and an active recovery day doing cross-country skiing in Greis - both great!

We loved the stunning pool complex. Everything else was too crowded, the waiters at breakfast and dinner were amateurs, unprofessional and very slow. One of the waiters went to great lengths and argued with us that the cappuccino was thin and that's how it should be... and if we don't believe him then we'll come and see for ourselves how the machine makes it.... hahaha. Unprofessional. It looked more like a hostel dining room in terms of the conduct, not the looks. Anyone who wants access to the spa would be well advised to stay at another hotel and only come to the spa for a fee. The price was not worth the experience.

The attitude in the restaurant and the lack of professionalism and cold attitude.

Pools and facilities are great, restaurant is also super nice. The restaurant by the pool is super convenient. Kids pool and playground is also great for families with young kids.

This is not the best value for money hotel. The location and facilities are great but still I think is very expensive for what it is. They also charge 105Euros per night for our 5 year old.
