The staff was very clear in describing the benefits included in the price and activities available, plus there is a (German only) detailed welcome kit in the room. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of sweets and protein options.

The structure does not have, unfortunately, a good noise insulation. If you are a light sleeper, you may suffer from the inevitable noises that get amplified in your room. Also, cleaning activities start very early in the morning, so it is not an ideal place if you want to sleep in.

The location was excellent for taking the bus in any direction. It is close to the Aquadome, as well. The staff was nice and willing to help. The skiroom was very useful and big enough.

The room had some heating issues as only part of the radiators' elements were heating up, the others remining cold. This impacted the room temperature which was pretty low on the first two nights. The food was sometimes not so tasty.

So good food on evening, parking spots available for 10 cars, discount for Aqua Dome, hotel is near the bus station for Soelden ski slops. Across the street is a Spar market, bakery is 100m... Practically hotel is in center of Langenfeld

Ski storage should be upgraded

Typical Tyrolean hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. Half board with many options, salad buffet, soups of your choice and 7 courses of your choice. Breakfast with hot products and various cold cuts and cheeses. Available parking, a heated ski room and the bus stop right in front of the property complete the hotel's facilities.

The hotel is in centre, very close to the bus stop Bus n320 connects the hotel to Otzal bahnhof in 40 minute. There is a bus every 30 minute Aquadome is about 700 m distant. The hotel interior is with wooden forniture, very nice.There is a lift. Breakfast is very good.

Very nice hotel with a great staff. Located in the middle of the town center. The entrance of Aqua Dome was included in the hotel price and that was a plus. The sauna and steambath was also clean and comfortable. The restaurant served typical Austrian food at a fair price in large portions (sometimes too large).

The mattresses were to soft for me and my partner. That was the only minus.

very quite, good location , we received free entrance to aqua dome pools good breakfast , good bed , there is a supermarket across the street ( very comfortable to buy water , snacks, and etc

there was no minifridge in the room and it was unfomfortable, coz i bought some scheese on the way and had no place to keep them cool ( so if you arrive during summer its important to know it) there is no coffe corner in the room , no kettle in the room to boil water, no cups , so it was uncomfortable if iwanted to drink comething hot .

The location is superb, the inclusion of free parking, breakfast and dinner makes the room rate excellent value and you get a free pass to the Aquadome!

I had a top floor room with Velux window, it had no blackout blind so the sun woke me up incredibly early.

Excellent from start to finish, booked for one but stayed two nights it was so good. Limited evening menu but the food and portion sizes was great. Breafast buffet good choice. Staff were wonderfull especially Horst and Daisey serving in the restaurant.
