The room was spacious with a living room area and a very nice bathroom. The bed was comfy and there were bath robes and slippers provided by the hotel. Despite being located next to a busy street, the room was quiet and I couldn't hear any traffic at all. I had booked half-board and found the breakfast buffet plentiful and the 4-course dinner was exceptional (you pick your main dish in the morning). Wifi was fast as well and I could take Zoom calls in the evening. Additionally, there is a sauna and swimming pool in the wellness area. There are bus stops very close to the hotel and between the ski bus and the regular bus, you can catch a ride every 10 minutes or so to the ski resorts (I traveled by train to Ötztal station and then took the regular bus to the hotel). The VVT app has been helpful to look up bus schedules and route information.

My specific room 305 had a beam run across the ceiling. I'm a tall person and so I had to always duck in order not to hit my head. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind, and other rooms did not have that ceiling beam from what I could tell.

Great breakfast with a good variety and options for both savoury and sweet breakfast. Dinner also offered opions that were chosen each morning during breakfast and most of them were really delicious. Room with a balcony and mountain view was nice, not the most fashionable, but everything essential was there and bed was large and comfortable. It felt quite cozy. The hotel was kept exceptionally clean, everyone from the staff was kind and helpful.

The location-the hotel is located directly on a busy road and there is some kind of helicopter airport nearby, but the noise reduces itself a lot during the night. Ordinary free drinking water would be great during dinner.

Fantastic hotel! Just a 15-minute drive to Sölden, with easy access to numerous hiking trails. The hotel offers a ski room, sauna, and swimming pool—perfect for unwinding after a full day on the slopes. We arrived late on our first day, around 8:30 PM, yet they still prepared dinner for us. One day, my wife was craving schnitzel, but we hadn't ordered it in advance. We were prepared to pay extra, but they insisted on accommodating her request at no additional cost. The hospitality here is truly exceptional!

Freindliness and helpfulness of owners, managers and staff was exceptional.

Lovely wellness facilities. Breakfast ample - not overly fussy but enough. Room size excellent - had suite. We slied in Solden 20 minute drive away which was fine. Langerfeld only 5 minutes drive. Hotel and area have a few restaurants nearby. Peaceful stay away from Solden - easy access to the main ski area.

Nothing really

We lived in an apartment in an annex building, about 200m from the main building. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The heating worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom had a shower box and a bath with hydro-massage. NB : The cleaning charges are not mentioned in the description of the apartment. We've been charged 60€ in the end at the check-out and we were pretty okay with that, but it must be mentioned in the description however to avoid bad surpises.

The soundproofing is not very good in the apartments (maybe it is in the hotel rooms, but not in annex building). And I wonder why ? Because the walls are in concrete... I could hear from the bathroom when someone was talking on the phone in another apartment (it was okay, because it was a part of family). But I could also hear from the kitchen when someone was going to the toilet (and it was not so nice). I think that this point should be concidered. Apart this, the apartment was great.

Staff (nice, kind, smiley), food (beautiful dinner dishes and nice touch with soup and salad after skiing), comfort, easy access, heated boot rack, closeness to the ski bus stop... 1/2 hour from Sölden by ski bus, 1/2h by car from Gurgl and Khutai..

Spa - swimming pool was too small for any activity. During the dinner, they charged for tap water that we ordered?! (never had that experience before).

The food was amazing, the hotel very clean and the staff extremely helpful.

There is nothing that we didn’t like!

There is potential, but falling for small and annoying things. For example, why would the same large towel be used for both personal bathing and a sauna? Must have two large towels. Why dinner only until 19:30? The ski room is not clean. With a little effort you will improve the customer experience a lot.

It is highly recommended to heat the pool to a temperature of 35 degrees, especially in winter. Otherwise, it has no real use in winter.

The room was large and spacious. The half board food was outstanding and a very tasty Friday evening Steak buffet.

Smokers smoking on the balconies. You cant leave windows open because smoke would enter the room.
