Modern facilities—design, attention to detail, modern engineering in terms of lights, faucets, doors and windows, etc were evident. Charming setup and decor. Service was also great, from ability to upgrade to include breakfast, water already in coffee maker, extra blankets and pillows. Wellness room is amazing. Views were stunning. Shared balcony.

Thermostat did not appear to work, but was fine in May when I traveled as I could open the bathroom window and the balcony door. Both window and balcony door could be opened for air only, but a fly got in and bothered me for over a day (I was on floor 2). This might be prevented with a screen or a fly swatter in the room.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was 10/10-everything was absolutely delicious. There’s a lovely cáfe/pub nearby that serves tasty food.

The room was clean , but quite small for 4 people. And also one downside was the strong smell of manure in the surrounding area, which was hard to ignore. Another thing to be aware of -children aren’t allowed in the spa after 5pm, which is a bit of a drawback if you’re checking in later in the day.

Clean nice boutique hotel at sautens, a tiny village near oetz. The roads of the village are very small and with Sharp gradients , but maybe this is a part of the magic of this place. The rooms are good, and the stuff are very nice. Breakfast is very good.the terrace in front of the mountains is like a dream come true.

Ohh it’s a wonderful little place where you can get the feeling that you’re home. The room was so accommodating with everything that we needed, a cot for my baby and an extra bed ready for my youngest girl. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, we really enjoyed our stay even if it was just for a night.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel with three families. Everyone loved it. The rooms were spacious enough for us all to gather together (even with the kids and a dog) in one room and celebrate Christmas Eve. I particularly want to mention the fantastic mountain views and the friendly staff.

Conveniently located, in the heart of the Alps, good choice for skiing holidays. It is a family hotel with amiable and professional staff and excellent services. Very clean and comfy rooms. Nice surroundings, easy to park. Tasty breakfasts. Beautiful sauna included in the price!

Reception was already closed at our arrival (21:40) - even though our arrival time between 21:00 and 22:00 was confirmed. Usually this wouldnt be a problem, because we could enter our room without help from the reception. But the thermostat was set to 26 degrees, which we somehow couldn't adjust ourselves - which we could've used some help with. Sleeping in a room of 26 degrees is not really comfortable..

Amazing! The host was very nice and thoughtful, helped us with summer card. The room was with such a nice view, and very cozy. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Austria, with fresh berries, bread and etc. would love to have stayed there for longer.

A perfect place to overnight. Wonderfully peaceful location with stunning views. Lovely hotel and friendly owners. Excellent breakfast looking out over the Tirol. Look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely beautiful. Fantastic room, large balcony. Amazing view. Beautifully decorated. Breakfast had lots of choice (even for veggies) and healthy choices too.
