An amazing location and perfect place to stay in the Alps! The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making them ideal for families. Pets are welcome, which was a huge plus for us. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the cable car that takes you up to 2,000 meters to enjoy stunning mountain views and pristine nature. The Summer Card is a great bonus, offering free or discounted access to many local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast basket service: each morning, a box filled with fresh local products and specialties was waiting outside our door—such a thoughtful and tasty touch! The staff were incredibly friendly and caring. We had to leave very early one morning, and they went out of their way to arrange an early breakfast delivery just for us the night before—such attention to detail really made us feel welcome. Even when the weather turned rainy, we enjoyed the relaxing sauna and indoor swimming pool facilities. A fantastic all-around experience!

The hotel is locating is great, the suites are large and very well equipped - all modern and new facilities . The pools and spa are a great bonus . Breakfast was great and is served in a cute box to you room (after a long personal quiz :)) Summer card was a great benefit !

After 16:00 you can only do an automatic check in (no service at the counter / via phone). It didn't work for us and it took a while to get assistance. When reaching the room we found that the garbage wasn't thrown away (apparently they ask the guests to do so, there is no cleaning during your stay). Again, reaching for an assistance from the maintenance / housekeeping was challenging.

We really like the experience staying at the location, the town is super close and nearby there is a gondola that takes you up to a beautify location which is a 3min walk away. The location has the option to ask for breakfast or buy your self from the SPAR (supermarket) which is at the end of the driveway. The staff and easy access to the inhouse Steakhouse makes it ideal after a long day together with the option to go the town center which is 500m away and has plenty of food options.

The only thing which I found missing is the lack of central AC unit. The place is new and spacious with modern appliances but sadly with the heat waves constantly hitting Europe this is something to consider. There are also no options to borrow fans at the reception which could help.

The location, cleanliness and facilities of the facility were simply marvellous. The restaurant in the hotel and the food of the restaurant did not leave the need to look for another place to eat. The staff, especially the friendly reception manager, always responded sympathetically to our questions and requests. It will definitely be my first choice for my next trip to Oetz. As a traveller who likes to ask questions, I recommend this place to everyone with peace of mind.

Thé facilities were excellent and the apartment was well appointed. We really enjoyed the wellness centre.

Our reception was poor when we arrived. It was 14:30 when we came in (by train) and the first thing the staff attending the desk said to us was ‘check in is at 3pm!’ We asked if we could store our bags and begin with the paper work. We completed this task at 2:50 and he told us to leave or wait for 10 minutes before checking in to our room! We were surprised and then he said ‘welcome to Austria!’ When we returned he was much nicer and showed us to our beautiful apartment.

The hard beds and lack of AC. The restaurants personnel was’nt very service minded, didn’t know if we paid the pool bill or not, small portions of the dinner to that price and things wasn’t available on the menu. You couldn’t put anything on the room and pay later.

We loved the pool area and the apartment was very comfortable for 5 people (1 child). Location is fantastic - close to hiking but also in the centre enough to access restaurants easily. Games in the room were a nice touch.

The check-in process - the hotel contacted me daily for payment when I have all my details sorted on Booking.com and their own online portal said I could pay at hotel. The pool area could get very busy since it isn’t big and we felt it was already busy with one big group.

Great place for families or groups of friends. The apartment has everything you would need - nicely equipped kitchen (oven, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, plates, salt/pepper, etc.), in our case we had two bathrooms. The apartment was extremely clean, stylish, spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a parking garage with an easy access. The location is also good, most of attractions are quite close to each others. Definitely recommended.

Nicely design room with heated floor and super isolated windows. We were on ground level floor with small garden and sitting place outside. The view from our appartment in the third floor was absolutely amazing! Modern, new, well equiped. If needed - washing mashine, dryer, ironing in underground floor. Good parking. One pool 136cm heated 32, another colder 205cm, sauna with mountain views. Also big advantage - very good sound isolation between appartments. All blocks connected via underground tunnels - leading to sauna/pools. Restaurant in hotel, also a lot restaurants in town. Supermarket few minutes walking. A list of places to go for a walk - river, lake, cable car (this one we were not so exited: cold, commercial, more for kids)
