A beautiful location in one of their best rooms with mounctain views down the valley. The spa facilities were excellent and we chose to have a massage which was an excellent decision. It’s possible to walk from the door but fantastic public transport which made exploring easy. The fish cookery was excellent.

We had the impression that the hotel was a bit short staffed. Little things like needing to find someone’s attention to order a drink and finding someone to replenish cereals etc at breakfast. But none of this spoiled our stay.

The things we loved the most were the view (you must pay attention when choosing your room as not all rooms have the view), the food(fantastic food really) and the swimming pool.

The pool hours for kids are limited, the kids must skip skiing if they want to enjoy the pool. The use of the sauna is not easy, you must book in advance. Simple drinks like tea or coffee is paid for the dinner. It’s not very expensive but annoying.

The staff really helpful and very nice to deal with.. The location is perfect and really relaxing.. The room size is good.. The spa facilities is excellent..

Alots of pets around and hotel smells bad .. The cleaning of swimming pool not good its need more work.. The breakfast is same every day and not alot of choice..

Room booked through booking.com was good. Planned a return on the way back from Italy & inntaler hof offered us another room for the same price. This room was very dark & looked as if it had not been updated since the 1960s. A whole different league but charged the same price. Dismal end to the trip.
