The location is amazing, less than a minute from the ski area. It is a small hotel owned by a lovely family, the members of which are always present to make sure the guests are being taken care of.

Excellent property and very convenient to any winter sports/activities. From front desk, restaurant to the cleaning staff they were all very friendly and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

The room was really small. If you have a large suitcase, the only place to open it will be on your bed, so that‘s a bit inconvenient. This will only be of importance if you don‘t unpack.

Our mini fridge did not work, and no one bothered to address this issue even after we talked about it twice with the staff

five courses gourme dinner with a very professional waiter was a very nice touch. Breakfast was buffet most of the days including fresh salmon, wonderful prossuto and pastries which were fresh wonderful brought to the table of warm beverages, and fruits. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony and bathrobes which was a very pleasant surprise. My sister was served with a desert with a candle for her birthday. The hotel is very central in the end of the pedestrian zone and not far from the train station. There is a free shuttle bus free of charge which stops in fromt of the hotel. The hotel is clean and has a modern homy atmosphere. we will be defently come again.

The fact that we wanted to call the police from the reception and we were refused. No kettle i with tea and coffeen the room.

Beautiful authentic Austrian hotel. Comfortable beds and good size rooms. Excellent location. The waiter staff tried to make our stay pleasant and they were kind and friendly even though some could not speak English. The cleaning staff were very good and efficient.

The food was a mixture of good and poor. Staying over Christmas time our dinners on 24 and 25 Dec were not great. The service seemed to be overwhelmed and it took 3.5 hours to serve 5 courses, with 30-40 mins without anything coming to the table. There was no afternoon snack when you return from skiing around 16:00. It would be normal to have Tea/Coffee and a piece of cake or similar. The breakfast was quite poor with dry grey scrambled eggs every morning and the bread and cake always often leftover from previous days. The cheese and ham was also clearly laying out for multiple days.
