Friendly staff, ready to solve any problems that may arise on the part of the hotel and at a time convenient for the guest. Good breakfast. We went with a large group of friends and we got neighboring rooms - it was possible to open the interior doors and make the space unified without going out into the corridor. This is a very convenient service.

Unfortunately, the heater in the bathroom did not work in the room (we contacted them twice; the first time at night, the heaters started working themselves after 3 hours, but the second time we needed help) - this problem was solved and there were no more problems in future. In the "Wellness" center, there were no clean towels one day (it seemed that they had not been replaced since the previous day).

The location is beautiful and it is walkable distance to small cafe, a shopping street with more beautiful cafes there is a grocery store right next door, there is bicycle rental shop and of course the bus stop for local transportation.... Makes it perfect.

Well overall the service was really good but we arrived and the guest passes weren't ready then and next day when we actually needed them they were again not ready and when the lady on the reception tried to make one for us there was some online error happening, so we waited for 10 mins and the result was still no guest passes... And we were in rush as we would miss the bus and we did. So that is something I think the staff needs to be a little bit more prompt about. (we were compensated for the travel tickets which were covered by guest pass)

City tax and parking fees were not included in the price. It is about 15 euro more than the price listed on the website to stay here.

Sauna only available after 3 pm - to make sure guests can’t use it on their checkout day? Also, why charge parking in a place with a lot of free parking around?

The rooms were very nice, spacious & very clean.

With the discount I had, I really loved staying in the hotel. The room looked way better than in the picture and was modern. The large window with the mountain view gave a special charm. I loved to have a kettle with the amenities. Everything in the room looked new and was clean. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I had to leave early in the morning, and the hotel staff prepared me a lunch packet. The location is really good: close to the beautiful old city part with restaurants and to the mountains. I had a great stay in this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was nice. The people were very helpful, the room had an outstanding mountain view, the bathroom was super great. Location only 5 minutes away by taxi from the train station. Breakfast was good, location was good. Will definitely visit again if I'm in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The bedroom was great especially the view, however it was a bit small for 3 people. Having said that, we only spent one night and it was adequate for what we needed. On arrival the receptionist was a bit abrupt. We arrived earlier than 3.00 pm and she wouldn't even take our names telling us to come back at 3.00 pm. She however made up for this mishap and was very cordial when we met her the next time.

The hotel is cute and modern, we had a room after the renovation. Everything inside was new and fresh, useful, and materials are not cheap. Great sound isolation, useful room and comfortable bads. The staff was very friendly and provides all services in a best level. The breakfast was very good, lots if cold and hot deashes, not bad coffe. The wellness room, sauna and pool are big, clean and very comfortable. The parking place is also big. The location is great, near the main street and good restaurants. The receptionist lady provide us with all instructions and gave important info.

The pillows were weird, just some shapeless peice of filler.

Booked at very short notice after camping during the BMW Motorrad Days festival 2024. The room was small, but modern, functional and very clean. Lovely bar and restaurant area. Food was excellent and the breakfast choice was brilliant. The pool was a bonus. We were on motorbikes, and although no secure parking, it felt safe.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great food for breakfast and evening meals. Massage etc available, with pool and sauna also.

The bedroom seems a bit dated (not sure if its maybe just the style in the area or not) and everything that goes along with places as they age. No aircon either for a Scotsman trying to sleep in 25+ degrees was a struggle. But still good value for money considering prices in the area.
