The staff was caring to the needs of customers, friendly and helpful. Attention to cleanliness especially in the breakfast/dinner rooms. Meal buffets were always well stocked. The rooms are modern and well structured. Really liked the children's area.

I leave a few points that could be improved. 1) The cleaning staff uses the only elevator used for Customers and this sometimes creates queues to use it. They should use the service elevator. 2) The desserts offered at dinner should be improved. 3) The cost of drinks at dinner is not commensurate with the quantity offered (wine and concktail in particular). 4) The pool water and relaxation room temperature should be higher.

Location of the hotel and facilities.

Lights in the bedroom, especially for the bathroom, since there's no individual lights for the toilet and bathroom. If you need to take a shower or go to the toilet during night and rest of the family is already sleeping, you might wake them up when you turn the lights. Sauna should be more controlled as we found children every day after 17:00 and after 18:00. Also few people were in the sauna rooms with their bath suites when it's supposed to be a naked area.

The room was fantastic for our family of 4. The kids had bunk beds next to us, and we had a beautiful view up thre mountain. The room was very clean, and all the facilities were too. It was a really nice place. The staff were very helpful, with all our questions. We didn't have breakfast there, as we wanted a cafe on the way to Munich.The check in experience, with the complimentary gift of sparkling water. The kids play area was fantastic with lots of space to run around.

Location is perfect, personel very kind and helpfull, a lots of things to do in hotel. I will definitely come back and I recommended to visit The hotel.

No air conditioning in the room. Small room with big window during the summer makes it very hot inside. Not comfortable to sleep when there is 28°C in The room.

Great layout, inviting in spite of the large size. Great gaming area for kids. Great ramps for bikes inside the hotel. Breakfast was great, lots of variety, food freshly made.

Property was great, nothing negative to say about it. Lady at the reception was rude and condescending and she deliberately sent us to the wrong room. Not sure what we did for her to feel we deserved to be treated like that.

Food was very good. Buffet for breakfast and dinner which should cover most tastes. A good selection for lunch is available too. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating - not just with the customers, but with each other, which is nice to see.

No recycling bins and the heating is set too high - not a great friend to the environment, this hotel. The room has a bit of a weird layout in that you walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. And each room has it's own lobby area, but the door is see-through, so everyone can see you when you're in it.

The views.

After the swimming pool closed for the evening at 2200 hours .... there were people running down the walkway in front of my room until 2245 hours ... I know this is a parenting issue, and they are the ones that needed counseling ... if the hotel were to mandate a quiet time from 2200 hours until 0600 hours when the pool reopens, that might solve this problem.

The view was amazing. Location is good, the small cable car is few steps away. Parking and pool are very big plusses.

The hotel is with pool but no facilities for drying. Could be good to have some facilities like coffee/tee maker, fridge etc.

Unique building, very fun and colourful. The extra games area (giant Jenga, table tennis, darts, climbing wall and loads of choice of board games) for kids was excellent and made for a lovely relaxed and enjoyable evening for the whole family.
