comfortable and nicely furnished room with a view of the mountains. Location in the very center with easy access to public transport. comfortable wellness area with quite a large swimming pool. Great snacks in the afternoon and delicious herbal teas for breakfast. Great e- bikes to rent from the hotel

Spa facilities are great. Very modern and clean. The half board package was great value for money and the food was excellent each night. Staff are very friendly and able to help with any needs.

It is not really a big deal but the rooms are pretty basic and uncomfortably warm in the evenings, granted we had very hot weather and maybe because we were on the top floor but it was very very hot in the room and difficult to get a good sleep. One other small downside was the charge for tap water! I understand if you always get people drinking water you want to make some money but I heard tap water was free if you had a bottle of wine, rather odd. We drank beers and cocktails some evenings but still paid for water. Is there a difference? These points did not affect our stay really though, we loved the hotel and our time there. Just a few things to think about to make it even better.

Location was excellent, staff, cleanliness and facilities were amazing. It was our first trip to Austria and we will definitely stay here again. So close to great walks and villages. Overall great stay.

There is absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

The facility seems to be newly refurbished to the finest details. My partner and I love the cozy luxury atmosphere of this boutique-style hotel. The food is healthy & super delicious, the cooking standard can reach a 5-star hotel without losing its "winter coziness" - Love the morning bubbles ;) Very nice and roomy spa facility, especially the Salzgrotte and the bio-sauna - exceeding my expectation Absolutely well-trained, attentive and courteous staff! High-five to the team!

The only thing I want to complain about is the duvet - which is just too thin, not a proper duvet for winter. Also the pillows are too small and lacks of robust quality. Would recommend the hotel to set up a comparable offering seen at other luxury hotel - the guest can choose the pillows they prefer from a pillow menu, some with an extra charge.

Great location, large modern room. Great wellness facilities including outdoor (heated) pool. Great catering (breakfast and dinner)

Amazing food, different dinner menu every night and always a vegetarian option. Everything was very clean and the staff was amazing.

My only complaint would be that the toilet paper tbey use is way too thin 😂

Room is quite simple. Beds could be of better quality. No door yet between sauna ( nacktbereich) , so just put a door there. Then it would be more comfortable . Now the two parts are not really seperate.

Breakfast was great could cook your own boiled eggs with a proper timer. Afternoon snack meal was equally good and welcome when you returned fro. Skiing. Evening meals always 3 choices and we're very good.

Afternoon snack needed a pot of tea standing by but this is a British thing. There was nothing to not like.

The hotel is very nice, clean, well kept, service was good along with the food quality which was perfect.

I booked the hotel for 2 nights w/dinner, hoping to have a full day of relax with my wife, on our way back to Rome after a long business trip in Germany. Unfortunately the morning after our arrival we had to cancel the second night as a family member had had an accident at home and we had to drive back to assist this person. Before breakfast we advised the owner that we had to cancel the rest of our stay - without asking for a discount - and after breakfast we paid the bill in full. It would have been a nice gesture to at least not make us pay for the dinner of the second night.

Cozy and clean hotel, with exceptional location, nice restaurant and lovely spa area. Pool outside with great view. Superfriendly staff and good service.

Maybe the price for the night was too high as the rooms are a bit oldfashioned, but still satisfied as everything else was excellent!
