1. The hosts are very kind and responsive. They provided us with a voucher for the spa and wellness center for free. They were also happy to help with any issues. 2. The location is amazing. It’s situated in a mountain region, and the views are breathtaking from everywhere: the balcony, the kitchen, and even near the entrance. This was super important for me. I could feel the fresh air everywhere. 3. The kitchen was very comfortable to use. It had a coffee machine, plates, a kettle, a fridge, a dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment for cooking. 5. The room was clean and cozy with a unique, yet pleasant, design. I love places with a smart TV that you can actually use, not just something you never turn on. It was great to watch YouTube and Netflix there. 6. Huge terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Overall, we are glad we've selected these apartments for our first stay in Austria!

A very nice place to relax and to do cross-country skiing! We had a cozy room, a well equipped shared kitchen, quiet location and perfect ski slopes in about 100 meters! Everything in the hotel is clean and comfortable! Breakfasts were nice. Maria is in touch and always ready to help! It was the best of our winter vacations! Maria and Jacob thank you very much!

The first was the kindness of the owner, she was so kind to wait us late in the evening and to guide us in everything. The location is perfect, the hotel is super clean, the owners are very kind and helpful. The biggest surprise for us were the 3 things included in the price ( that is not mentioned on the site of booking ): very delicious breakfast bufet, free tickets in the public transport and free tickets in the nearest swimming pool.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The views are just amazing, from all sides of the mountain, near the river and walking trail. The apartments themselves are very comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a long stay. There is a great kids room which was a plus for our 1 year old son. Maria and Jakob were very nice and friendly which made us feel like at home! We will definitely come back to this wonderful place.

Beautiful and quiet location, but still reasonably close to various sights we wanted to see. Our room was comfortable, nicely fitted out, clean, and had mountain views. The shared kitchen was good. We were also given free access to a nearby pool upon arrival. We could tell our hosts do a wonderful job of running the hotel. We would definitely stay again.

We love our stay here, very nice are, all major touristic attractions are in close proximity. Also free buses and swimming pool is available for guests. We really love breakfasts - fresh eggs are served daily and you can have your choice how you liked them to be prepared. Also selection of cheeses and breads are great. We are always looking forward to every morning to have a great breakfast :-) Maria & Jakob and their colleagues are friendly and very helpfull.

Super friendly host. Fantastic breakfast with lots of home made extras. Huge and atmospheric yoga room. Lots of special touches on the interior decoration (that is in principle a bit dated, but decorated with out-of-the norm touches). Location directly at the Nordic ski tracks.

The building including the interior of the rooms is a bit worn - but super clean and tidy nonetheless, so no issues for us.

Very clean, easy to park your vehicle. Host was friendly, helpful. You must ask him for recommendations for restaurant. We used it and it was outstanding experience! The place is newly renovated, all is very clean, work well. In the hotel there's a family, friendly atmosphere. I wish this place will get more and more customers.

Nothing for real. Maybe the room could have been bigger, and at certain times the kitchen was pretty crowded but that’s O.K.

Very good condition. Beds are nice. Balconies and views were nice. There is a small stream about 200m walk you can walk on the stones and get your feet wet. Very cold, clean glacier water. Also, the tap water is very good there, you can dump your bottled water.
