The Interalpen hotel was an enchanting discovery, the location, the facilities, the rooms, the service, the views, the professional and nice staff, the kids club, the wellness space and the SPA, the buffet during breakfast, and of course the dining experience in the Michelin starred restaurant, all of it and more made our stay memorable. This is not a mere 5 star hotel, it is truly an outstanding institution with its very unique cachet.

we are coming 6th time to this hotel. It is still the best in the area because of the pool and good food, and super staff. best place for cross-country skiing , 10 min drive to main loops,

I would say that since last year food for dinner has decreased in quality. it is still on a very high level, but some things have become more simple than before. One of the things which definitely lost in quality is the salad bar. We booked an extra single room for our mom and something they forgot to put bottled water for her.

Everything was wonderful, there was nothing to complain about. We are grateful that we got a room with a beautiful mountain view. The only thing I maybe missed was live music during dinner. I know there was live music every evening by the bar, but I was hoping that music would be played during dinner as well.

Nothing to complain

In 30 years of travel, Hotel Interlapen is best luxury hotel we have stayed in. The view of the mountains was spectacular, the 6 course degustation dinner was divine, the outdoor heated pool and saunas exceptional and the service was first class. The rooms were immaculate with breathtaking views and the furnishings paying attention to even the smallest details. You even receive a rise upon arrival. Exquisite!

I had very high expectations of this hotel and it did not disappoint My only regret was not staying longer. Everything is perfect. So much attention to detail, kind and professional staff, an amazing spa and facilities, the spa staff are extremely talented. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough

Absolutely nothing

Exceptional service; all staff members make sure to acknowledge and help guests. The garden with numerous spots to rest up. The large pool and sauna sessions. Also, the spaciousness of the room with a large terrace.

Minor point … Travelling solo often results in getting the worse table in the restaurant. Despite the many empty tables, … I preferred to ask to get a different table. But dinner and service were fine.

THE STAFF were very welcoming and friendly, it’s location up in the mountain, the breakfast, the gardens surrounding the building, the pool and spa were all amazing and honestly out of the world!

the dinner :( my family and I DISLIKE fine dining in general anywhere in EU! Very little food in big plates that good to take picture with after swimming and walking all day around the area lol

The only thing that I did not like is having a set menu dinner which I paid for and because I am a meat lover but can’t eat pork I had to order from the menu something extra that should not be charged on my bill . The restaurant has other options like fish and lasagnas but I can’t eat both of them , I think that the resort should take into their consideration that a significant number of people don’t eat pork and either lamb or beef should always be available for the meat choice instead of pork
