The hotels' staff is very friendly and welcoming! We received a renovated room and we were very happy about it! Extra points for the bed, which was extremely confortable. The view from the balcony is very refreshing and dreamy! The wellness area is small, but chic (the sauna with a glass window is a dream). The breakfast was very delicious, comprising mostly from local products. The variety is not very big, but it has everything one could need and is really delicious. Moreover, enjoying the breakfats from the terrace with a view is a plus! Minutes away from the hotel there is a hiking path which we hiked, so given that we were searching for a hotel from which we could just "jump" on a hike, the location was just perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vitalhotel Kaiserhof, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spotless, beautifully designed with an outstanding view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's restaurant. The food was exquisite, offering delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of options to suit all tastes. Lastly, the facilities were top-notch. Whether it was the swimming pool, spa, or sauna, everything was well-maintained and added to the overall luxury experience.

We really enjoyed the breakfast - variety of salads, freshly baked bread, fruits and beverages. The staff was always super comforting and smiley. What we liked the most about our room was of course the view! Amazing mountain view and we were lucky to get so much snow during this period - it was just fantastic! We also used the SPA, mainly the sauna and pool - the sauna is also very comfy with a great mountain view. SPA facilities were very good and we liked the privacy we could have there. The dinner was also good - we tried traditional meals, very tasty and nutritious. The host was very very welcoming and helpful, always finding the time to chat with guests and check how's their stay. We were very happy with all the staff, all of them smiley and friendly, recommending us places and telling us a bit more about the area. This is the service that makes a stay even better!

A few things that we would like to recommend looking into for future guests: - SPA facilities: overall could be warmer in the open area, snacks and water to be refilled more often, gentle music on the background could add to the cozy atmosphere - Massage room: to be a bit warmer when guests have booked a massage there

Amazing view for the mountains, private parking, super hospitality, good breakfast, super sauna with the view to the mountains. This hotel located in a quiet area a bit far away from the restaurants and shops. It is especially what we wanted. And forgot to say, we received nice presents at check out 😁

Small bottles of shampoo/soap. Better to change to refillable bottles. Small swimming pool. Was good for our daughter, but swimming three of us in one time was impossible.

The owner is there to welcome us, help us, and even serve us dinner with the rest of the staff. The room is big, fits 4 people easily and comfortably. Everything is clean, and the location is spot on; a small ski slope and a play area just in front of it, the view from the room, pool, and sauna is superb. Just 5 minutes by car and we found ourselves in seefeld for amazing ski, ice skating, and more activities. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave. We would go back for sure.

This beautiful hotel is on the side of the hill with beautiful views. Even when it’s not great weather it’s dramatic. The room was large and comfy. A seperate shower room and loo was different. The spa facilities also make the most of the beautiful views and there is a comprehensive range of facilities. The staff were lovely. The breakfast had a great choice.

There’s no changing facilities in the spa and my room didn’t have a dressing gown but that may have been something you had to ask for and my German wasn’t that good!

Private location just outside of Seefeld with amazing views and lots of forest paths to enjoy just behind the hotel. We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the valley and the restaurant terrace is a fabulous environment to enjoy dinner. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, thank you to Kristian for extending such a warm welcome to us. The hotel was easily accessed and we understand that there is a selection of ev chargers available up the road in Seefeld.

Everything was perfect at the Kaiserhof Hotel. The location and the view on the mountains are amazing. There are walking trails just next to the hotel and the ski bus stop close by and take you to the ski centers in Seefeld. The hotel staff are very welcoming, kind and helpful. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The food is very good and the service is impeccable. We could not expect better for our Christmas Holidays and we highly recommend this hotel.

Very warm welcome from the hosts, easy parking, nice decor and Alpine atmosphere in the hotel, great views over the valley from the balcony, friendly restaurant with good food, excellent wellness area - especially the sauna with panoramic mountain views, good quality breakfast, short walk/drive to Seefeld, sledging on the field outside the hotel

The (small) pool is pretty cold - designed for a post sauna dip and not for any lounging or swimming (but we still enjoyed it), the apartments could be better equipped with kitchen items (we had no glasses or cups, no forks, no spoons - although these can be fetched from the restaurant kitchen), the restaurant was a little chaotic (food arrived before the drinks did, orders were forgotten)

Everything was simply perfect. We enjoyed so much than even prolonged our stay in this hotel. Great attitude of the personnel to the guests that you feel that they are really happy to see you there. Amazing place and views. Great spa zone with fantastic panoramic view to the Alpine mountains. Very tasty and variable breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommended
