I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would be happy to visit again! Very comfortable, cozy and warm room with all necessary amenities. Had a single room which was in my opinion nicer than expected based on the fotos (especially the bed was bigger than I had anticipated). Also the common areas (lounge, restaurant) are very nicely done and inviting to hang out. Absolutely brilliant location at the edge of the pedestrian zone, super close to all shops, to the train station, to the (very nice) public bath and sauna. Generous breakfast. Realy good value for money.

The sound insulation between the hallway and the room wasn't great. You could hear very well when people were walking past. Wasn't an issue at night though. On their website they write: "heartfelt hospitality, we know every guest by name and value each interaction". While staff was indeed friendly and professional, I kind of always had the feeling they'd rather be doing something else or were in a hurry to get to their next task. Also, reception was basically never staffed. It might have just been pre-season atmosphere with very low occupancy, but in terms of hospitality they did not live up to the standard announced by themselves.

Very nicely situated. 5 minute walk to train station, ski hills, and even less to the grocery store. Very quiet on a traffic-restricted street. Modest but comfortable rooms, good value. Breakfast adequate--similar to most European hotels. Very good value.

Hotel Diana is situated in a pedestrianised area of a very beautiful ski resort town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English.The room was amazing, very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. Breakfast was very good also with a good variety. Would recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We had a lovely time at Hotel Diana. What we appreciated the most, is that the hotel is very dog-friendly. We were able to take our Labrador with us to breakfast and our room was very spacious, so there was more than enough space for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the daily breakfast a lot. Beside the breakfast buffet, you can order eggs (sunny side up, scrambled etc.) and fresh coffee or cappuccino. The staff was very welcoming and always friendly.

We don‘t like carpet floors that much and it‘s not ideal if you‘re travelling with a dog.

Authentically Austrian, ideal situation for walking access to local amenities and nature, tranquil location, ample parking, generously sized rooms, polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, Wonderful!

Breakfast was very good with a good choice. The hotel was exceptionally clean with a large room and bathroom. The staff were very nice indeed very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very well placed, only a short walk from the railway station and close to the nearest ski lift and bus stop for the rest of the resort.

There really wasn't anything to dislike about the hotel at all!!.

Excellent breakfast with super friendly staff (allergies were well managed!). Room size and quality was really good. Wellness area is limited but worked for us, Big bonus is the superb location, so you can easily walk around town.

Only the beds were maybe a bit too firm.

The hotel is in a great location for a (family) vacation. Staff seemed very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely consider to come again. There es so much to do and see nearby.

Breakfast ok, dinner the same, the room was big enough, and there was silence which I like it very much. Seefeld is beautiful.

I guess the mattress need to be changed, pillows the same, there are too big, you can't sleep on them. Too many flies inside in the restaurant. People blowing their noses at the table, that's a nasty thing to do on the table. When someone was in the bathroom taking a shower or something the noise was very loud, so you should do something to antiphon the wall between bathroom and room. There was a family with 2 children, very loud in the morning, their noses were running, and they make a lot of noise, our luck that we leave the next day.

Fantastic location, Seefeld is really beautiful. Plenty of restaurants etc open in town despite low season for the resort. Nice rooms, breakfast was also amazing as were the staff!
