- location is perfect, near river, 10 min walk from city center. Bus stop is in front of the building (R line). Close to bakery and grocery store (Spar) - stays longer then 2 days bring lot of benefits included in Welcome Card Winter/Summer (https://www.innsbruck.info/en/destinations/accommodation/welcome-card/welcome-card-summer.html) - accommodation is new and newly furnished - shades are padded on all windows - conversation with landlords is quick and correct - entering the accommodation is reached through self check in with access code received via message - in bathroom are filled soap dispensers in shower and above washbasin - in DeLuxe Studio S (second floor) although not shown on picture, there is table with two chairs in apartment. Everything else is as demonstrated on pictures.

- there is no hair dryer - pillows are extremely uncomfortable - communication between landlords and cleaning agency should be better. For longer stays (2 weeks and more) cleaning is very poor and inadequate - kitchen sink is so tiny that is a real virtue to wash the dishes without soaking whole kitchen - there is no parking spot

Everything was brand new and the room was great quality. The view was beautiful up top and although we didnt need it, the kitchen was fully furnished and for longer vacations it would be super convenient.

The 4pm check in time is ridiculously late. There was a woman at the front door at 3:55pm that happened to open the door and when asked to enter, she denied entry because of the time. It was raining and it was cold. This fact alone is enough to look for a place somewhere else in the future despite everything else being satisfactory.

We liked the location-- near to bus line as well as grocery store-- and the amenities were excellent. The space is beautiful, it was comfortable, quiet, and ideal for a short term stay. We appreciated the small but full kitchen. And the windows allow for beautiful views of the mountains around Innsbruck.

When we stayed in the apartment, everything was beautiful, the kitchen was great, but the apartment still needed finishing. It looked like there was still a mirror to be installed in the bathroom as well as some light fixtures. There were no curtains or window shades yet in a third-floor apartment that has many windows! We are sure this will be addressed in future.

Again kitchen appliances placed in the wardrobe. The waching machine was not working and i think because of that it stinks. There must be some upgrade in the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff was cleaning the glass cups with a used dust rag, in front of my eyes.Crazy and unacceptable.

The location is very good near the center. The bed was comfortable. Everything new on the room.

Check-in was very easy with a code that you receive an hour before arrival. Under the building there is a garage where you can park for free. However, the garage only has about 5 to 6 spaces for several apartments, so you need a bit of luck to find a spot. We were there at the beginning of August and there were always 2 or 3 spaces available, so maybe we were lucky, or perhaps that’s always the case. Communication with the accommodation went very smoothly. If you stay longer than three nights, they arrange an Innsbruck Welcome Card for you. With this card, you get discounts in many different places and free access to several cable cars. We had accidentally entered the wrong email address when booking, but with just one quick message they immediately fixed it for us. It’s only a short walk to the city center. The apartments are close to the river Inn, so you can enjoy a nice walk along the water into town. There’s also a Spar supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. The apartments are quite new, very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and there’s even a TV with Netflix. We definitely recommend staying here!

There was no trash bin in the kitchen. The pans in the kitchen weren’t the best, but they were fine to cook with.

Great place to stay in Innsbruck. Perfect for 2 people.

No parking in the building. But we went on a weekend, so it was easy to find free parking spots around.

Location- bus stop to everywhere right outside front door. Modern look, easy to keep tidy. Mattress was comfy. Would return

Ok, so more of advice. The blinds in the basement flat let all street lights in during night shining on face inbed- take eye mask. It's very warm, especially at night, and heating will not be lowered. We were told to open window, was a bit nosey to do so and right on main road so felt vulnerable but all good. Preference: The bedding was a waffle type, and pillows felt uncomfortable on the skin, especially being hot in there. Plain hotel cotton would be nicer,

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic—close to the main town, with a bus that conveniently drops you right at the entrance. The apartment offered a stunning view of the mountains, and everything felt new and impeccably clean. We were initially a bit concerned after reading reviews mentioning the lack of blinds, but we were pleased to find that blinds had been installed, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment was very spacious, and the bus stop was right in front of the building. It was nice that they had a nice kitchen area.

The building was very close to a road with a few traffic, so it was a bit loud. Due to the noise, we had to close the window, yet there was no AC, so it was hot. The blind on one of the window was missing, there was nice kitchen, but there was no salt, and bath mat was missing. The check in time was rather late (4pm), and the check out time was rather early (10am).
