We stayed for one night in a room with a view of the river and old town. Very nice location - simply walk out of the front door, cross the bridge, and you are in old town. You can reach most everything by foot. The train station was about a 20 minute walk. Parking garage around the corner up a little hill. The room was spacious by European standards. The space and bathroom were clean when we arrived. The evening desk person was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had just what we needed to get our day started. Crack your window open at night and listen to the rushing river. Highly recommend.

The Hotel is very well located and most of Innsbruck's attractions are nearby. The hotel is on the edge of the river and there is a beautiful park nearby. The main market place is a short walk across the bridge and there are plenty of reasonably priced eateries. The hotel staff was informative and their help and advice enabled us to save a lot of money and visit a lot of places. The breakfast was adequate.

The room could have been slightly larger. Indian visitors must note that loos don't have jets! So make arrangements! :)

Perfect location with easy access to city center and 20 minute walk to Hbf. Rooms are comfortable, good Wifi, had ample space, and great view of Inn River & City/Mountains. Breakfast was outstanding with many options available. Kudo's to the staff...from reception, breakfast room, and cleaning staff, all were professional, helpful, and courteous. Added bonus, while at breakfast each morning, cleaning staff spruced up our room, replaced towels, emptied trash etc during the short time we were out of our room for our morning meal. We will definitely return!

If there is anything to complain about it would be lack of a coffee maker in the room...not a big deal since they had complimentary coffee/espresso maker available in bar area 24/7.

Price list in the room is not anymore respected, even the maximum amount listed - no transparency on the price We have been asking for a window seat for breakfast in the breakfast room and have been told those tables would be kept for larger groups… the next three duos got a window seat without asking for it…(since they had to seat somewhere) : so frustrating… Both aspects could be better manager but there is no real general management in the hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Scenic and central. And the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, and this really adds to the experience. Everything in the rooms, bathrooms and bedding, is of top quality, making for a comfortable, enjoyable experience. The breakfast is also a treat, with much choice, everything fresh and tasty. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I would recommend without reservation to anyone.

The room was comfortable for one person. Location was excellent for seeing old Innsbruck. A laundry is only a few doors away. Breakfast was very nice.

No way to make hot water in room. Second night loud voices fron either street level or neighboring room.

Wow. Innsbruk is amazing, and the hotel is in an excellent location, on the banks of the Inn River, with super easy access to all the areas you'll want to visit. The rooms, although simple were clean, air-conditioned, with comfortable bedding and clean modern bathrooms. A good continental breakfast is available, and sitting eating your breakfast looking at the surrounding Alps is an amazing way to start the day

Pleasantly, there was nothing I didn't find up to standard at this property, and would/will happily stay here again.

I was alone and walked so I loved 💖the location. I loved looking out at the river and bridge from my window. I loved the breakfast every morning and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff throughout each day when I had questions. When I was done my touring/shopping each day, I felt like I was “coming home” to my room. I will always be grateful I chose your hotel for my visit to Austria 🇦🇹

I can’t think of anything that could have been better, except that I got sick the day after my arrival with a cold, but your staff gave me directions to a pharmacy. I loved that someone would write the name of whatever I was looking for on a paper and I could always show it to someone on the street if I was feeling lost, and they would further direct me. I liked everything!!

Friendly welcome from reception, with useful information available about the local tourist cards.. Location was great, just next to the old town. There is a lift to all floors. The room was quiet and had a nice view of the bridge and river. It was comfortable and included a desk, hard back chair, TV, wardrobe, a few additional hooks and a safe. There was no kettle. The WiFi connection was good. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with rainfall feature and a large shampoo/shower gel dispenser. There was a hairdryer and heated towel rail. One could dispose of items for recycling in the hallway. Breakfast was served on the first floor and included scrambled eggs to order on demand, as well as a buffet of cold items including two types of yoghurt, cereals, individual portions of diced fruit as well as whole fruit e.g. apples/oranges, bread rolls, croissants, mini muffins, ham, cheese, jams, boiled eggs, small pots of salad items/hummus/sausage salad etc, orange and berry juices and a hot drinks machine. The staff quickly cleared dishes from vacated tables and the buffet was kept fairly well stocked even nearing 10am.

The pillows were a bit soft, but this is personal preference. The room temperature wasn't always the easiest to regulate, but turning the dial up to 3 and moving the curtains out of the way of the air flow worked to keep it cool enough in mid-July.

The location was excellent. The customer service was exceptional. They helped with a mistake I made with the booking. They were also so incredibly helpful when my son got violently ill and had to be taken to emergency. They were kind, patient, and very helpful. Our stay was brief but it will be memorable. From the beautiful location and all the lovely experiences we had prior to my son being sick, to the kindness of the a hotel employees. ♥️👍🏼😊
