Great little room with kitchenette - exactly what I needed for the week. Great shower. Wifi was solid. Absolutely fantastic location - right in the middle of Innsbruck! 5mins walk from the Old Town.

No one came to change the bins, so they were overflowing by the end of the week. The flat was smaller than I expected - the pictures on the site were stock ones of their apartments, so some clearer indication of what X-metres squared actually is would be good. Because I'd paid upfront, the computer checkin system got confused and I couldn't complete.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is great, very central. A lovely pizza place just 20 meters away. The apartment was spacious, with a big bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with a coffee machine, which was definitely a nice touch. The building is renovated but antique, with very thick walls (built centuries ago, according to a sign on the staircase). Every time we returned we had to ventilate the room as it would become very warm but it did not bother us.

The apartment has lived some years after the last renovation. The corner sofa had some stains on it. The bed position was a bit suboptimal, as it was pushed against the window. It was fine to sleep but not comfortable sitting as head would lean on the edge of the window seal. Minor: The TV in our apartment had some problems and couldn't get the signal.

The apartment is just on one side of the main bridge upon Inn, the other side belonging to the Historic City Center. So, you are at 50 m of it. Supplementary, the apartment being situated on the fourth level, it has an excellent view on the Advent Market (immediately after the bridge) and on the Inn river. The Advent Market (City Center) is also the departure point for all public transport, so it is very easy to visit Innsbruck attractions. The apartment is fully equipped but, supplementary, in the same building, on the ground floor, there are two cafes, with hot and taste croissants for the breakfast.

It is an excellent apartment for two adults! But we booked it for two adults and two children and it was very difficult with the narrow space, either for luggage or for circulating inside. So, the apartment is not appropriate for a normal family.

Perfect family apartment. Perfectly clean and comfortable beds. Very convenient for an overnight stop on the way to skiing but could be easily have stayed longer. Just 30 mins from airport and no hassle electronic check in and key card pick up. All amenities provided. The attached cafe- bar (Colours) is an excellent convenience for a drink at night on arrival and wonderful breakfast in the morning after check out.

Not the fault of the property at all but inconsiderate guests leaving an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment unfortunately spoilt the whole experience. The shower seal needs some maintenance/repair in room 215.

Prompt chat response from staff who helped us find the check-in ID (6 digit code was actually sent earlier by email). Location is good for cable car and shuttle bus to crystal world (Congress stop), as well as other city centre landmarks. We got the Innsbruck card from the station - it includes tram travel so it was easy to get to the hotel. Fast & simple check-out.

Some noises from outside at night (perhaps weekend was busier). Initially I worried about safety as the windows face the street. We made sure that both windows were closed and locked before we went out. Bathroom is mainly in black colour (including toilet seat) but not too bad.

The room was a goodsize for solo travelling and the bathroom facilities were great. Good shower head, flow of water and sensitive temperature controls. I also appreciated the lift as I was on the fourth floor. The central location was excellent. I didn't make use of the cleaning services but it's great not to have a housekeeper entering during my time there unless requested.

The code given was hard to tell 0 from O and I suggest to omit them. I has to make a number of attempts to get the key card. There are several doors to the hotel and it wasn't clear how to enter to get to the key code panel. Perhaps signage to assist what is main entry and exit. I ended up asking next door at the bar how to get in. Also wasn't aware of the second hotel just up the street and was confused which was mine. I didn't use the breakfast as offered next door as this was quite expensive. I bought my own.

The location is splendid. The view is mesmerizing. The apartment was spacious, reasonably equipped, clean, and comfortable. The 24x7 customer service was very efficient, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous.

The bathrooms reeked of a bad smell, which also persisted in certain parts of the corridors in the building. It feels like there are poor plumbing and/or ventilation issues. It really made using the shower or the toilet very difficult, as it felt like one would suffocate if one stays inside for more than a couple of minutes. Furthermore, the choice of black interior with black switches meant that people with low vision could not easily find the bathroom switches in the dark, leading to potentially calamitous situations. A simple choice of outlining the light switches with glow in the dark type of material would solve this issue.

The location was perfect. Cross the bridge and you're in the town centre. It was a no-contact arrangement, so there was no personnel in the hotel. However, when I had forgotten something after checkout, they were still able to help me very easily and fast. The bed was comfortable and the sleeping sofa for our two teens was ok. The studio was big enough for four, even with the sofa-bed out.

No parking. Fortunately, only a 5 min walk there is a garage.

Awesome location and a very good stylish appratment, it had absolutely everything you might ever need for a short and even for a longer stay. The apartment was spacious, finding the location and the check-in were super easy. The cleanliness was okay. It was warm, heating was working so i could easily dry my things after the rainy day. It might be a bit loud depending on the room location, but overall I had an amazing stay there and would definetely recommend and go back if I have the chance to.

Only the cleanliness was a bit questionable to me, but not at all concerning.

Excellent location - just five minutes walking from the Golden Roof (the centre of the old town) and from the Marktplatz transportation hub, so it is very easy to go around from the hotel, not to mention the many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The view from the room is also excellent.

The shower is smelly when not in use, probably due to some defects with the draining system. There is no hand wash basin in the separate toilet despite its spaciousness, which is strange given the fact that all Austria in-house toilets have such a basin - a necessity since the shower is separated. Although the apartment is listed as "two beds", one bed is just a fold-down sofa, which was not made when we arrived.
