cleanliness , easy check in , good arrangement for beds for family of 3 and also good part was having Fan in heated environment , breakfast option is limited but it is awesome very smartly craft so that you have your stomach full but less options for vegetarian people still the quality was very good

The loud noise of street was the only problem no as such issue with property , need to check the and see what can be the improvement to reduce the noise and reduce suffocation once you close the window, as you close the window the noise was gone but the suffocating starts so we need to keep one window tilted , if hotel can fix this issue of ventilation then it become the best place to stay.

I have previously stayed at the guest house located in this building and was delighted to see the completely refurbished property. The new hotel is more comfortable than the old one, and the blend of traditional and modern interiors is impressive. While I had hoped to see more of the old hotel's charm, I must say that the new design, room facilities, and comfortable bed is quite pleasing.

The check-in process could be improved as the machine was somewhat difficult to use and was slow to respond. Additionally, non-German speaking guests appeared to have a more challenging time using the device, which may need to be addressed. However, overall, this is a minor issue and I am confident that it will be easily be rectified with a few adjustments to the system.

- The location is very central and easily accessible. - The keys are discpatched from a ATM machine. - Eventhough the checkin is contactless, the lady supported me really well over the phone. - Rooms are clean and well stuffed. - The breakfast is served near the entrance to the hotel-the door just infront of the Key dispancing/Checkin machine. - The manager/attender at the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. He served it well and gave us some extra bread for the road :)

- No complaints about the hotel itself. Only maybe the checkin process can be improved to make it easy for older people. - Finding a parking space for big vans/people carriers is not easy.

Excellent location with short walk into the old town and major sites/museums. Felt safe and rooms modern with basic kitchen gear.

There were difficulties with the contactless check-in Difficult to understand the steps on the screen possibly because of language. Also I had to remind company to send me the check in code. Then the code that was sent was incorrect. Fortunately the phone line promptly answered and was able to resolve the issue after a couple minutes. Also pillows on bed had lost all form and should be exchanged for new ones. My son slept on the couch bed which was relatively uncomfortable, but it was lovely that the staff set the couch up as a bed ahead of time for us.

The room was really spacious and comfortable, the colours and atmosphere very relaxing. Everything you need, you have. The bed was super nice (my boyfriend thought the pillows were a bit too soft but I personally loved them, you can fold them if needed), the curtains allowed us to sleep a bit longer in the dark in the morning. The position is excellent, right on the river, so close to the center and everything you might need. We would come again!

The floor could have been a bit cleaner (nothing bad anyway) and the shower was a bit leaking on the floor due to the door not closing perfectly, although it was really a minor inconvenience. Contactless check-in could have been a bit easier (compared to other similar places), or at least the instructions could have been multilanguage on display, but still doable.

It has a great location (walking distance to the ciy center). Very nice decoration and excellent restoration of the building. Great room with a very handy kitchenette. Nice bathroom. Very good breakfast in the downstairs café. The contactless check-in and check-out work perfectly.

The room had no ac and had only a van, which wasn't enough due to the high temperatures. The cleaning wasn't perfect, but it was manageable. No parking available or at least some discount agreement with a nearby parking.

Location: Excellent location right in the centre with good connectivity. Just walking distance from restaurants, pubs and shops. Located in front of the river with beautiful view. Room & services: Room are large and clean. Bed is really comfy. Bathroom also clean with rain shower head as well as a handheld. you get a kitchen to yourself with dishes, etc.. It also have a nice mini-fridge. Contactless check-in worked without any problems. Even though there is no staff but the people in restaurant are very helpful. If your early you can ask them to keep the luggage till your time for check-in. Breakfast: Good breakfast option available in the restaurant.

- I recommend to ask for extra fan (during summer time) if your more then 2 person. As they lack of staff so getting fan or any other service takes time or you may didn’t get.

Wow, this place was really beautiful and had everything I needed on my work trip. Super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. It was big, what I loved. Also the location was more than perfect.

So you do a check in at a machine which is not really a problem but on my last day I got locked out because I went out in the morning before check out time and then my card would not work to let me in again. That was a little annoying because I had to wait till someone could help me and I got late for work. Also I wanted to extend my stay but since its all working through a machine its not as easy to extend your same room like it could be in person comunication.

Rooms were nice. Location is near Bridge on River Inn. City center is at walkable distance. Cafe Colours at the entrance or beside hotel is good for breakfast.

It was hot day and there was only one fan in the room and it was trying to cool us but it was not efficient enough. Checkin is at 15:30 only , there is no chance of early check in. Hence plan your stay accordingly. Though you can keep your luggage with help of Cafe Colours staff / owner in the area.

Location was good - near to but just outside the centre. Room was spacious and well-lit from several windows. There was a 2-plate cooker, coffee machine and kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Easily enough for making a simple meal. We didn't make much use of it as the breakfast was arranged in the cafe on the ground level. Although it is a contactless hotel, the Blackhome team were available and answered a couple of questions very quickly via mail or Booking.com.

The location is on a quite busy crossing, and there is a cafe terrace on the pavement below. Both of these gave us quite a bit of noise. The windows are double glazed and cut out a lot of the noise, but there is no aircon to keep the room cool if you have the windows shut. If you avoid a room on the front of the building, you will probably have much less noise from outside.
