Location; most wonderful breakfast buffet EVER, in my travels of 39 years to Europe! Staff above and beyond helpful and friendly. Great bath facilities.

The location was fantastic! Just a step out the door and you were on the pedestrian street (Maria-Theresien). We walked here from the bus station, but should have just take the bus (to either Maria-Theresien or Anich stop). The Innsbruck card is very helpful and the busses are so easy. You can request that the Innsbruck card is emailed to you ahead of time. The hotel room had nice space and was clean. The staff were nice and helpful.

We liked it all. We planned on doing laundry during this stay because that was advertised. We did make it happen, but it's pretty tricky. They only have 3 keys and there are 2 washers and 2 dryers. I checked for the key 3 times (even super early in the morning) and the keys were never returned. The staff did open the door for me so I could do laundry, as they were not being using. We did not opt to have breakfast there.

Very clean, very posh. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast a lot of choice of various foods (and exotic fruits).

Breakfast: abundant choice comes at the cost of taste - it is impossible to have exotic fruit that tastes as good as it looks, would suggest to choose quality over quantity. Staff: really friendly, but check out was unnecessarily slow - one lady (trainee?) was serving three customers one after the other, taking a lot of time for each one. Gentleman next to her (trainer?) refused to serve customers. I would have appreciated if the gentleman had sensed that I was in a hurry (I was there on business).

recently had the pleasure of staying at Stage 12, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, placing you right in the heart of the shops and coffee shops. This made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was diverse and the quality was outstanding, providing a perfect start to each day. Additionally, the parking facilities were a huge plus, eliminating any stress associated with finding a place to park. Overall, I highly recommend Stage 12 to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The combination of its prime location, delicious breakfast, and parking makes it a top choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Fantastic location - right in the centre! Parking in a secure location below. Park in the spaces for joint hotels - anywhere that doesn't say private. The spaces do not actually say the specific hotel name but don't worry about that. There is a lift to take you to the hotel. Park first and then check in. Fridge in the room. Nice and new room, very nice. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast (albeit pricey) Highly recommend.

It was slow to check-in as they didn't have enough staff. The staff were lovely though. Very welcoming and professional.

Amazing location - right in the heart of the city. (The Tivoli swimming pool is only a 20 minute walk away - a really great way to enjoy the view of the mountains while cooling off / watching people jump from the 10 meter diving board). The staff at the desk and breakfast were incredibly friendly. Our room wasn't officially with a mountain view, but you still had a sneak peak of the mountains up there. We stayed in July, and the breakfast buffet had a ridiculous selection of fresh fruit - little passion fruit halves, cherries, watermelon...

I wasn't able to adjust the height of the shower head (the other guest insists it was possible). Both of us found it difficult to use the sink without having water splash all over the bathroom counter - it was as if two different architects had chosen the sink and faucet. Maybe a little washer thing to limit the flow would be a short term solution? There were only two little hooks and one small hand towel bar for hanging damp towels. These are all little things - we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, right in the center of Innsbruck. Surprisingly quiet, given the location. Very helpful staff. Room was well designed. Everything was super clean. Gym was small but adequate. Good air conditioning (hot days in August!). Nice to have hardwood floors as well as windows that could be opened.

Bathroom needed more towel racks! No lobby in the hotel, so no place to sit and relax outside the room. Would have been nice to have a lounge area. Would also have been nice to have some food, such as salads, in the bar. The breakfast was adequate, but more hot dishes would have been appreciated. Slow elevator.

Location was great and the family room set up was perfect for our family of 4 that included our 18 yr old son and our 15 yr old daughter. Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast (best one we had!), and liked that they had a secure room to store our luggage while we explored the area before leaving.

We could not get the room to cool to our preference. We only stayed 1 night and didn’t get to our room until late so didn’t realize we had an issue until the middle of the night (2am) so didn’t call the front desk to ask if they could come up to assist. However we’re confident they would have come up to figure out what was wrong as the staff was very attentive and paid attention to details.

room was really comfy and conveniently located next to hard rock cafe and within walking distance of supermarkets and nordkettenbahnen cable car to top of innsbruck. breakfast was really good as well. one of the few places that offers hot chocolate as part of the breakfast. definitely highly recommended.

nothing. everything was perfect. even extended my stay by 2 extra days in conjunction with the perfect weather to head up to top of innsbruck for the breath-taking views on top the mountain.

Location is spectacular and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's very close to the old city and also shopping district. Lots of restaurants are close by.

The storage room for the luggage as we arrived early was not secure. Many of the lockers were not able to be locked. We also tried to go into the bar for a drink, but as my daughter had a bubble tea (she's 13) we were not allowed to stay unless she disposed of her drink. We went elsewhere instead for a drink with no issues.
