Fantastic location really close to old town. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Check in is strictly 3pm to 7pm with no contact details on the door. We met a traveller on the street outside at 7.45pm who was booked for the night but could not get in to his room. Also reception closes at 11am and no bag drop off is allowed so we had to walk back to the train station and put our bags in storage there. I think the limited hours of reception and check in need to be made clearer either on the booking.com description or at the least in instructions emailed to guests in advance.

Bang in the center of the city, amazing location , good rooms and awesome breakfast.

The reception is closed between 11 am and 3 pm, staff is not available and doors are closed. So if you are carrying luggage, it becomes inconvenient to wait or to even walk around the city

The hotel main entrance and reception is not accessible if you arrive earlier than the designated check in time of 3 pm- 7pm

Well situated to discover 3 different ski resort 25 mn away from the hotel , included Isgll. Average size hotel. Hot soup everyday when coming back from skiing .

Restaurant all buffet - “serve yourself “ (so the last guests had not too much choice left) . I would have preferred having the main course served on each table .

Great location with a very easy walk from the train station. We had 2 adjacent rooms because the quad rooms were overbooked, but we were very happy with this arrangement . The rooms were clean and spacious with a great view of the arch. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Breakfast was very satisfying. This is our 12th hotel in a span of 21 days and it compared very nicely with other ones we've stayed at.

It was a little stressful to know that reception would close, but we made it work. They were fixing electrical , so maybe that's why the hallway was dark, but that didn't affect our comfort.

Right at the edge of old town, it is very accesible, cheap parking right behind it (15euro per 24hrs), we got there after check-in hours and they left us the key in a safe, the room was small but ok and clean, as per the description, we had to sleep with the window open because it was hot. Breakfast was plentiful.

No air conditioning, but it is also old building and probably not permitted, the bathroom was one floor below which is ok as it was also clearly explained, however price is a bit high for the conditions, even it is well positioned.

Location. Wasy access with bus F from the airport. Perfect lication jn the middle of the cuty centre

Incredibly close to the main railway station - very handy! Breakfast was included in the cost, with a wide variety of excellent quality options. Blackout curtains and double glazed windows meant we got a good night's sleep despite being close to a busy street. Friendly and helpful staff - we messaged back and forth a few times about check-in as our train was delayed and they were helpful and reassuring. Lovely receptionist also lent us a kettle, since there wasn't one in the room and we were gasping for a cup of tea!

No kettle (but we were able to borrow one :) ) Annoying dripping noise from shower - but fortunately the shower head could be moved enough to lay it on the floor of the shower cubicle so it made no more noise)

Very good, central location. Close to the old town, tourist attractions and the central station. Very good and convenient connection to the airport (bus stop right at the door). The hotel is a bit outdated, but really clean.

Access to the hotel is only possible during reception opening hours. If you need to store your luggage, you need to find some other places This is not very convenient considering that on winter Saturdays the central station storage rooms are almost always fully occupied (note additional time and additional charges).

The location is excellent, 5 min walk from the train station, 2 min walk from the heart of Innsbruck. But still a quiet area. My room had a beautiful view to the mountains. Breakfast area is very nice, food was simple, but more than enough and delicious. Room had enough space, storage for clothes, comfortable bed, loved it.

Found some hairs on the sheets and on the floor, but nothing very concerning. I would not complain about it.
