Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning – waking up to such a beautiful scene every morning was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. What really stood out was the professionalism of the staff – everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who gave me such a warm welcome upon arrival. Her kindness made me feel at home from the very first moment. I will definitely return on my next trip and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues. Truly a memorable stay!

The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the centre of town and the river is close by. There are Cafes and eateries close by too. The Breakfast was good but last year you were offered cooked Eggs as well. The standard was not as good. Had the management changed? The room was good but not really what we ordered. We have stayed at this Hotel several times. We would recommend.

The smaller room and a side view of the mountains. A Bay Window Room is nicer and gives the room a bigger look. You can sit in it and look out at the view of the mountains and river.

Room was upgraded, plenty of space. Breakfast was over the top. Location was central to all we wanted to see. Staff was extremely accommodating.

Right from the first moment we walked into the hotel we felt 'at home'. The reception team (and all other members of staff we met) were happy, helpful and very comfortable explaining the hotel facilities, and also suggesting things to do whilst in Innsbruck. The room was comfortable and cool, the bathroom was clean and newly refurbished, added to which the common areas and other facilities were top class. Breakfast was extensive, varied and good quality. The real highlight of our stay was nevertheless the staff, all of whom were great!

The location, cleanliness and breakfast at this hotel is superb! Perfectly located for the old town, transport links, ski bus and a short walk from the Nordkette train station. The variety of food, particularly fruit, at breakfast is incredible. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice bar area.

Very little. Others have commented about bathroom privacy but it really isn't that bad - there was a solid, frosted, glass door in our room. The frosting didn't extend fully top and bottom - maybe a minor area for improvement.

I booked Economy Double Room with Air Conditioning. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile. :) The room was small, but it had a decent layout with the small space. A taller or larger individual may find the bathroom tight/small. It was very clean. The hotel is centrally located. Air conditioning worked well, but it was loud.

I could hear sounds and muffled voices from guests who were in the rooms next to my room. I could almost understand what they were saying. Air conditioning fan was loud. I wish there was more hooks or a bigger towel rack to hang towels in bathroom. Bathroom uses glass walls and door so it is not sound proof or smell proof.

1. Nice location. Right next to the Altstadt center. 2. Very clean rooms and facilities. The room looks pretty new and clean. 3. I heard that they offer a excellent breakfast with many fresh fruit selection although I didn't try it myself.

The door cannot be locked from inside as there is no lock at all, which is not very friendly to solo travelers...And their elevators and stairs can be accessed by anybody, even from outside. I don't know if that is the case for only this one or all hotels in Innsbruck.

Good location, great staff making a very good first impression. My room was originally reserved in the top floor with less room for someone my height. The receptionist was able to change that and give us a regular room, on her own initiative. Very nice!

The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that the parking garage was undergoing some construction work and was very hard to get into. This was not anything the hotel could influence and they warned us in advance by an email as soon as they knew about the construction work.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Innsbruck city. Close to most attractions with lots of good restaurants around the area. Very good service and assistance by the entire hotel staff especially from reception and restaurant. Outstanding breakfast buffet with excellent choices especially from the fruit section. Very clean and modern looking rooms. Definitely recommended for expecting guests

All was perfect except perhaps the room size which is more on the smaller end compared to similar 4* hotels. Look at the backyard not very attractive. No water kettle in the room but you can ask and it will be provided by the reception

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s very clean, with super kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect—right in the city center, yet very quiet and peaceful, which made it ideal for our family. The furniture is modern and new, and the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were especially relaxing and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
