The hotel is right along the Inn river and easy to find by car. Parking worked out really well. The room was a large corner room with a small sitting area. The view out over the Inn river, Innsbruck to the mountains beyond was gorgeous and surprised us. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included; but we found it a reasonable value. It was a nice breakfast with a particularly wonderful selection of jams. The people working were exceptionally friendly. It takes 20+ minutes to walk to central old town Innsbruck. The route follows a walkway along the river almost the entire way.

The limited check in hours made us a little nervous; but late check-in would not have been a problem.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are really nice with a window view of the mountains. There is breakfast available every morning. The location is a bit off the city center, but buses are available to access the hotel (not on Sundays though!). Overall, the hotel and the staff are very nice, and its worth staying there.

The breakfast menu could have a little more options, like sausages, vegan options etc. The location is a bit off the center with only a single bus (no. 501) to access the hotel.

The waterfall just outside the window made a calming effect, so we had a good rest at night. The staff was very friendly and eagerly answered our questions about funicular, etc. We had no problems with parking. The location was good - near the alpenzoo and funicular, and no far from the city centre. Spectacular view from the balcony. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we couldn't use it for sitting outside. At breakfast, we had an amazingly wide choice of jams, amongst regular food, all tasty and not trivial, worth trying. Bread and other bakery were wonderful. Overall, we were satisfied with breakfast.

The pillows might be more comfortable.

Simple B&B, but had all the necessary amenities. Definitely a humble and affordable choice for pricey Innsbruck. A warm bed to sleep and a nice bathroom were great to have. Location was great! Right next to a busy road, but easily crossable. Right on the river and a quick 15 min walk down a lovely and safe promenade to the Downtown. Close to the Funicular for the Top of Innsbruck and a nice grocery store. We loved our view from our room and the free parking. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English well :) I see some people have complained about the noise from the street, but honestly it was very quiet after about 8pm and the only noise was from a couple of kids in the morning and that was no problem. I also appreciate that the room was nice and warm, I’ve stayed in some very cold rooms during my trip and this was by far the warmest!

My only complaint, which is minor, is that we only got two pillows on our bed and one was super fluffy and big, but the other was very lumpy and flat. My husband took one for the team and used the flat one, but two puffy ones or at least a couple more pillows would have been nice.

The staff at this beautiful b&b really stood out to us. Very friendly and welcoming. Its in a very good location with access to the aplenzoo via a quick walk to the funicular or up the long walking slopes. The rooms were fairly basic with regard to amenities but its all you really need! but we really fell in love with the interior downstairs at breakfast. Its decorated in such a rich austrian way with plenty around to make you feel comfortable and like youre having an experience just eating breakfast! A lot of love has gone in to this place, it warms, food was fantastic with a good selection! Lots of drink options. Really enjoyed our stay and wed love to visit again!

My only issue was my own issue really. I have a bad back so im difficult with beds but anyone with a normal functioning back would sleep soundly here.

The staff were brilliant and very accommodating to any request. The breakfast was great, a good selection of cereals, bread and juices. The location is close but not too close to the centre, only a 20-30 min walk. They changed towels etc each day which was nice.

I was in a standard room and it is exactly that, small and compact room. Whilst they did change sheets every day, they were signs of spiders on the ceiling. They did do their best when I reported it but there were still cobwebs. There were also a few in communal areas near the night entrance. This only slightly took away from the hotel

A shortish walk to the old town. Man at desk was very kind and helpful. Free transport pass came in very useful. Room was clean and bed ok. Good shower. Good size room and places to sit other than on the bed.... bonus.

We considered it too expensive for what it was.Maybe by Innsbruck standards it was ok. Compared to other places in Austria it wasn't that good. No Aircon and our room overlooked the main road to the front. It was a nice view but noisy if you opened the window for ventilation.

The people there are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with getting in and around Innsbruck. We got the river facing room and the view was amazing. The local bus stop is also within walking distance. The cable car (nordkettebahn) stop is also 5-7 mins away by foot. Breakfast was good as well. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

It is a little away from the city. Around 15 mins bus ride to the city center. People who prefer living within the city, you might prefer this location. However, people who want to be in nature, surrounded by trees and river, it is perfect.

I recently stayed at the B&B Hotel in Innsbruck and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly supportive, offering excellent suggestions that greatly enhanced our trip. The breakfast was delicious and served in a charmingly decorated room that felt both cozy and inviting. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a 15-minute walk to downtown and very close to the Nordkette, which is a must-see. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall stay was delightful and I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The bathroom was quite small and the lack of air conditioning made our summer nights a bit uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff. Amazing view. Perfect check in instructions. Spacious parking. The breakfast area is amazing and breakfast is very good.

A lot of light comes through the curtains (while trying to sleep), but the view is amazing during the day. In hot days it might be humid due to the river passing in front of the hotel so the lack of air condition may be problematic sometimes (however at night we didn’t face any issues due to the drop of temperature).
