We stayed here for 5 nights for the purpose of climbing in Innsbruck. First of all, the staff was excellent and replied quickly and courteously to our questions before we arrived. All of the room facilities were new, and the kitchen was well equipped with the minimum necessary utensils, which came in handy for both breakfast and dinner. There is a large supermarket nearby for shopping. It was nice to have a Nespresso coffee maker attached so we could always fill up capsules in the lounge downstairs. The room was cleaned daily and it made us comfortable. The location is a 20 minute walk from the center, and you can also use the streetcar. We did most of our sightseeing on foot. There is a streetcar nearby that runs through the central station. They even provide a welcome card. It’s an essential and awesome!! We appreciated the hospitality of the staff who were always ready to assist us. We had a wonderful Innsbruck memory. Thank you soooo much!

I would have liked to have had a laundry service. The nearest laundromat is a 15 minute walk away and we used that.

Clean, comfortable, small space but set out well. Had everything!

We were greeted and allowed to enter our room earlier by Diana. Warmly welcomed by Sophia who kindly prepared our Guest Cards, offered refreshing drinks and made everything available for our requirements. Christine and Maxi were very helpful and informative on sightseeing areas and asked many times whether we needed anything else. Everywhere we looked was very clean and spotless. Room 1.5 was spacious, well-equipped kitchenette functioned well and everything we needed was there with comfortable beds. Big shopping Centre at Sill Park is handy and transport to either airport or train station is within a few minutes away. Highly recommend any visitor to Innsbruck.

While not near the old town, transportation to the hotel from the train station was easy in the F bus, or a pleasant 15 minute walk through the city park. From the train station, there are many buses or another 12 minutes to the center of the old town. Our room was big enough and well equipped; I think many rooms are smaller. Also, this was in a residential area and so was calm and not at all touristy — a nice break.

Our room was overlooking the road and there was traffic noise, though not much at night and it did not wake us. There was no breakfast option but nearby cafes and bakeries (so not a problem)

Great accommodation, everything is well planned, even the tiny bathroom is very comfortable — there was a shelf for shampoos, which is not common! Also in the room is a small but well designed kitchen - we didn't have a need to use it, but it was nice to have it. Wonderful location, a little away from the noisy center, but the walk is nice and not long. Very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed the whole experience very much.

Just keep in mind — no A/C. It was very hot the day we arrived, so air conditioning would have been very useful. However, there is a small fan in the room. In less hot weather everything would be perfect: our room — mountain view — had two windows at opposite corners, so it was perfectly ventilated. There were two pillows to choose from, but one was very flat and the other was very thick (comfortable for lying in bed and reading, but not sleeping). It would have been nice to have something in between.

This is a fun, quirky hotel, in a great location. Real nice city park around the corner on the way to the city. Great pub next door. Restaurants, a shopping mall, and transit a five minute walk through the park and over a gorgeous river. Please note that the bed, although very comfortable, is in a loft up a tight staircase. Not the best for anyone with mobility issues or needs the bathroom during the night. It's a true "flat". If you're ok with that, and we were, this is great place

The sitting area was a little awkward. There was a table and chair, then a flat wooden bench with some pillows. This wouldn't be a place to stay if you're planning on spending too much time in your room. We didn't come to Innsbruck to stay inside so it wasn't a problem

Absolutely amazing room in Pradl district, 10-15 min walk from central railway station and 15-20 minutes from the city centre. Clean, spacious, with a nice kitchenette, fridge and dryer. No air conditioning provided, but room is being cooled by cold water in the walls (or sth like that, some eco-friendly system) + there is a high quality fan in the room. Bathroom is very clean, everything seems to be new and not used yet. There is also large kitchen for everyone next to the reception. I'd defenitely come back there!

There were plenty of sockets, excellent cleaning, and friendly receptionists. The room, although small and designed for one person, was very cozy and smartly arranged. It's close to the train station and there's a shopping center nearby (pay attention to the opening hours). Additionally, the hotel offered a "tourist card" that included free city transport and other perks (I didn't explore all the benefits as I already had a plan for my three-day stay). a piece of mountains from the window *)

It can get hot in the summer due to the lack of air conditioning.

The location is great, walking distance to the city center. It is in a nice neighborhood with a nice walk along the river. They have bikes that you can borrow and ride through town and ride along nice bike paths on the river. The room we stayed in had a nice little outdoor patio sitting area. Just around the corner is a little unassuming dairy farm where you can purchase fresh milk from an automated machine, just don't forget a bottle! I highly recommend this property if you prefer to not be right in the center of city and want some quiet with a neighborhood feel.

Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff and great room with a fully equipped kitchen (even a dishwasher!) and a cute little terrace outside. We particularly enjoyed the coffee and the herbs in the garden. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there for four days when we went on a hut to hut hike.

The location is a bit outside of the city center and not really near any nice restaurants or bars. But the free bikes totally make up for that!
