Hotel has modern looks and located not too far away from the old town. The check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough and the bed was firm and comfy. The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was fresh and tasty. Also the looks from the room at the mountains were great!

1) Shower cabin did not have proper water insulation so the water was flowing freely under the door and we had a small pond in the bathroom afterwards (we have notified the reception about the need to fix this). 2) When we came to have breakfast some dished were already empty and the staff did not refill these properly, i.e., we were barely able to get the last bits of eggs and other things. We also noticed that the staff started to take the food away in advance - 30-40 minutes before the actual breakfast time was over.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great mountain view from the room. I absolutely love the wooden style interior design. There was a supermarket nearby with a 2 mins walk distance, it closed at 19:30. I got a splinter on my finger and asked for help from the receptionist, the lady was super friendly and suggested me to go to the pharmacy nearby (just 7 mins walk) to look for a cream which can help remove it. She definitely saved my day and solved my problem so I really appreciated her help.

Breakfast seems a bit pricey so I didn’t try, I am not sure about the taste so no comments on that!

The two receptionists while checking in were very helpful and provided recommendations for the local area. As I was staying for over 2 nights they provided a welcome card (electronic) which allowed me to use the public transport for free. There are bus and tram stops nearby. Being as it is clearly advertised as a budget hotel, it matched my expectations. The breakfast had a large selection and the room had the essentials you need.

Sheets were not changed when the room was cleaned.

Honestly i didn't expect much because we were looking for a budget option and there wasn't a lot of option. However the hotel was just amazing. it is very new, cool modern design. Everything was perfect. Smart TV with Netflix and all. We were sick for a day while there and we enjoyed just even staying in the room. Great grocery store nearby. it is a bit away from the city centre, but we were fine even without a car.

The breakfast is very simple. We didn't buy a breakfast option and just ate outside.

The shower in the bathroom was the best one that I’ve had in Europe. I stayed there three nights and took five showers. It was so very good. The location was great, easy to get around town on the trams three different stops within 100 yards. A very safe neighborhood and safety is important to me. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular. The value was spectacular! I told my wife that I was going to bring her to Innsbruck and and we were going to stay at Binders!

It would’ve been great to have a mini fridge

The hotel is very well equipped and the staff is very kind amd helpful. It is not so close to the central railway station, but there are several bus stops close to the hotel. If you are staying 2 nights or longer, remember to ask for the welcome card to have free local transport within the city.

Breakfest was 20€ per person per day. You can find some cafeteria or coffee with cheaper breakfest.

We came for few days because of Ski Jumping Four Hills Tournament and we had an amazing stay at the hotel. Nicely designed, clean room with an amazing view towards Bergisel. Bed is out of this world, I had best sleep in months. Also Welcome Mobile Card is great perk! Location of the hotel is great, public transport is in vicinity on each side of the hotel, Billa supermarket is very close. Loved it here. We are coming back next year.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is in a quiet and safe area, a bit far from the city centre, but we received "Welcome card", so we could travel around Innsbruck free of charge, which was convenient. The room was small, but cosy, with comfy (soft) bed and beautiful view of the mountains, fast wi-fi, helpful staff, clean bathroom, A/C, delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice and tiroler speck... We would definitely come back! :-)

The hotel was nicer than expected given the price. The breakfast is well worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is in a quiet residential area, there is a large market very near, the Olympic stadium is a 5 min walk, and about 30 min walk or 10 min drive to the town center.

Binders is located in a residential area a tram ride from Innsbruck center. It was an easy ride. The facility was excellent, modern and complete. The room was small but had a view to the mountains that made it feel larger. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was fine. The staff was efficient and professional. I would stay there again.

I had no complaints about the hotel. It wasn't a quaint historical lodging in a picturesque setting. More like an efficient business hotel although I didn't see any business people there. The location was fine but not in the center of any restaurants, or city attractions. Just for accommodation. That was fine with me.
